I purchased this dryer one month ago we looked at a lot of different dryers and this dryer was miles above the rest. Firstly this dryer makes next to no noise when it is on! I genuinely couldn’t believe how quiet it is! Perfect for use at night! The heat pump is game changer! We have the hose attached and it drains directly into the sink. The clothes come out wrinkle free and the fabric and shape is not compromised! With a nine star energy rating it is significantly more energy efficient than almost all the other dryers we looked at!This is a dryer I have and continue to recommend to people! You won’t be disappointed! Plus how pretty is the black! Will definitely be replacing our washing machine to the Samsung black one when I can!

Was expecting more from the Heat Pump Dryer and the smart things app.I couldn't control ( turning on / off ) the dryer from within the app. All it does is share the status of the dryer and the remaining time.While the scheduling feature is good, I would have traded that with an actual off/ on feature.Overall - it does what it intended to do, it might have to run a few cycles to dry but gets there in the end. If the smart things app is upgraded to have the on / off feature, would highly recommend this. Until then, there are other heat pump dryers that pretty much do the same job available at a cheaper price.
Purchased 3 months ago and haven't hung washing out since! Great dryer with excellent smart features. The interface takes a little bit of getting used to. It uses approximately 0.6kWh per standard "AI-run". Leaves clothes and towels super fluffy and lint-free. Be careful of drawstrings, it does like to twist them up. Bedsheets have to be dried one at a time as they get bundled up.

My old traditional dryer broke about a year ago which was amazing as I rarely used it as it had a 2 star energy rating. I have tried hanging the washing out but with the constant rain and another wet summer ahead I invested in a heat pump dryer with a 9 star energy rating. I have only used it a couple of times as the rain stopped as soon as I bought it. So far it has dried the clothes beautifully and is whisper quiet. A great purchase I feel.
I have owned and used many dryers in my lifetime and this by far has been the worst. From the first use it would not fully dry clothes, but I put up with it and made sure I took good care by cleaning the filter and emptying the water every cycle. Now it takes 3-4 cycles to dry a 6kg load. There is water condensed on the inside of the door panel and clothes remain wet. Regardless of which setting I use, it doesn’t work. I’ve cleaned the sensors, and used the brush to clean the grill as instructed. I don’t know if it’s the brand or the technology, but either way it will need replacing.

We previously had a traditional vented dryer and this one easily is as good, if not better. It's faster to dry than our washer washes so we can get through laundry quickly. Very solidly built and the display makes it feel super modern. Love the black finish. The app is a great bonus as it sends a notification when the dryer is done. It's very solid, stable and quiet. Installation was a breeze - we drain the water to a sink which works well - it doesn't produce much water, We can't even hear it working when the drying cupboard door is closed. Love this dryer, it's big enough to fit the entire wash load in . It is incredibly quiet, stacked on top of the washer there is no vibrations. Dries really well and uses very little energy. I love the look as well. Only downside is it scratches easily, I have a scratch on the door already. I found the same problem with my washing machine, maybe it is because they are black?
