I bought this because my new TV wouldn't accept my analogue sound system. I'm using this sound bar with -3 bass while watching normal tv shows and +3 or 4 when listening to music. Trust me, woofer is freaking awesome. Whole room vibrates over +4 bass levels :DProbably best value for money.

We’ve had this soundbar for quite a while now and absolutely love the clear sound it produces in our living room. We have it wall mounted with the supplier brackets and it’s so simple and unobtrusive it’s easy to forget it’s there. The soundbar is wireless so we’ve been able to move it to different spots as our furniture has changed and it always sounds great. We’ve even recommended this to friends and they love it too!

Perfect fit, if you looking for a relatively high quality on budget price. Fits well in the living room. Just bought one and did only a short test, but so far well balanced sound levels and clarity even on low and high volumes. There is no ARC or 3,5mm on it tho, only a usb and IR optic.
It's the most basic A-series, right? It's good. It's a good price and sounds great. I can have two sources (TV and music) connected at once. The optical cable that comes with it is way too short (like 1 m), but I guess most people have this right under the TV, whereas I coupled it with the Frame, so the optical output's like 5 m away. This problem was fixed with a separate optical cable also purchased from JB.
Bought this soundbar for a small bedroom for watching TV, mainly documentaries. The sound is great, and actually stands up to my home theatre system that has tower speakers and costs 10x as much. Bass is ample - I actually have the bass turned right down for the small bedroom I have it in. I would recommend pairing this with a Samsung TV to make use of the graphic equaliser.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the HW-A450 model soundbar with subwoofer with a Samsung TV. The Soundbar synced seamlessly with both the subwoofer and TV without issue. The added volume of the subwoofer really made my home theatre perfect! The soundbar worked very well for its intended use and make watching movies with my partner that much more enjoyable. I have no issues with this product as of yet, and would definitely push it to my friends if they were looking for a similar product!
JB Hifi were excellent about returning it but I didn't know until I got it home and tried to set it up that this soundbar DOES NOT have any connection to your tv other than an optical cable connection - no standard stereo, no HDMI, no coaxial - only an optical cable connection that my TV didn't have. Only purchase if you have an optical connection on your tv.
Bought this soundbar with sub 2 weeks ago. Did not know what to expect, but do know that I'm quite picky when it's about sound.So the sound is actually really good, which you can adjust to what you're listening or watching on. The bass is really really good as well. After using the soundbar only 3 times, my neighbour was already asking me to lower the bass, while I wasn't even playing the music loud, and my house has a thick concrete wall inbetween.. so... I moved my subwoofer to the other side of the wall, which was not an issue since the subwoofer has Bluetooth! Unfortanely and fortanely the bass on the soundbar is also quite good, so it wasn't enough, so I still can't play that loud yet, even though bass are set on -4 now, which still is bassy. We did get the soundbar to work eventually. However, out of the box, it is not configured to be remote controlled by a (Samsung) TV, it needs to be manually enabled. The buttons on the soundbar remote for volume control are hidden, which are required for changing the configuration. And, to alter the configuration, it is necessary to have the soundbar in its off position/state. None of this was in the supplied manual. Eventually found the details in a USA version of the manual, not directly via Samsung. The soundbar and swoofer are now working as expected.
