Initially I thought it would be small as it’s 24 inches and I was using a 27 inch monitor. But it’s perfect and the quality is awesome. Best buy did a good job of delivering it to me in just 2 days. I am super happy with the quality of the product and their service!! Highly recommended

At first, I used the VGA input. At maximum resolution I could not find a combination in the setup where the image was stable, so I bought a DVI to HDMI converter and cable. The image improved noticeably, and was stable. After a couple of days, I started noticing a displacement of the image, both horizontally and vertically, up to about 4 or 5 pixels. Just clicking on the ON/OFF button re-centered the image. So, I first started testing with other signal sources (same issue), and then looking for a Samsung service. When visited, they estimated a week for repairs, which came at a very inconvenient time (correcting term papers!), so I waited a week, and then went back. Much easier to use than some of the 4 to 5 button menus.- I don't like the fact that, when exiting sleep mode, first 'HDMI' appears, and then a status message. I would gladly disable them and use that time productively, if that were possible. According to the Samsung representation, it isn't

Let's be honest, this monitor is at the lower end (at least when I bought mine) of the monitor price range. So to ask for it to be mind blowing would be pretty unrealistic. But I find it to be a decent, no-frills, monitor for the price. It's 75hz, which to be honest, I can't tell a difference between it and 60hz, but if that's important to you, then at least you know it has it. **Note, this may depend on your computer, but I had to go into the Windows display settings to enable 75hz. My Nvidia software wouldn't let me select anything over 60hz until I did this. The picture quality seems decent, although it's really no better or worse than any other monitor i've owned recently. The fact it's IPS was a selling feature to me, but to be honest, it's about 2 feet from me at my desk I don't notice any difference between it and my previous TN monitor viewing angle wise.It was super easy to put together, but be VERY careful not to lose the 2 insanely small screws that are in the bag with the manual. It has HDMI and VGA. It would have been nice if it has displayport as well. But I guess for the price, this is what you get. It has tilt adjustment, but no height adjustment. The menus are accessed through a weird joystick/button thing at the back of the monitor. Personally, i'm not a fan, although i'd be willing to bet that the average user never touches their monitors menu after the initial setup, so it's probably not a big deal. All in all, for the price, it's a good monitor and I would recommend it.

This monitor has perfe t features. The resolution is outstanding and the size is perfect- large enough for anything including home theatre, but not so big it won't fit comfortably on an office desk. It out performs other monitors in its class, and I've never experienced any overheating or loss of functionality due to overheating or any other more common issues ive run into with other monitors. With a name like Samsung, you know the quality is there to back up their claims, and it holds true with this monitor, like all of their products. It performs phenomenally for its price class, and I've been very happy with this purchase.
Pros: The screen was super easy to setup and easy to use and navigate. I was able to plug it in and use it as soon as it was delivered. Makes working from home so much easier now. And the price I bought it for was a bargain!Cons: The only thing I would improve is perhaps being able to adjust the screen once I had it on my desk. For example, I can’t tilt or push the screen back to my preferred position.
Pros: It was easy to set up - both in terms of the stand etc and connecting to my laptop. In a few minutes I was ready to go. Love it and am seriously considering getting another one as I need even more screen space.Cons: Would’ve been nice if there was a way to hook up extra cable like the cable retractor in vacuum cleaners or even a hook system. I hate extra hanging cables. But that’s just me. It’s an aesthetic thing. Also I’d have loved it even more if it had a webcam + speakers built in. But those are minor grumbles.
Pros: It’s a monitorCons: Wouldn’t not consider buying this monitor again. Part of the stand is screwed into the inside of the monitor so you have to take the monitor apart just to be able to wall mount it. This is not an easy thing to do and resulted in damage. Not so much damage that it renders the monitor unusable, but far too much to have paid over £100 for damage to occur before the monitor had even been used. It’s a monumental design flaw. It also doesn’t tilt or swivel.
Pros: Good price; bought this as a replacement for same brand model (and size) which I have had for ten years- which finally died.Cons: Lack of explicit, simplified instructions on set up. Took me a while to get the screen out of standby mode; had to press the "hidden key" behind bezel on rear of monitor every time i turned on pc. Even now I don't know what I did to make it turn on automatically when I start up pc.
Pros: Lovely monitor. Easy to use and good picture. Looks nice.Cons: If you want to wall mount it (which I did) you will find the the remnants of the stand on the back of the monitor cannot be removed, which may impact upon which wall mounting bracket you can use, as the plastic bits of the stand get in the way. Not quite sure why this design flaw wasn't picked up, but hey ho. Otherwise it is great.
I returned this monitor as soon as I opened the box. The monitor is falsely advertised as accepting a brackett and being mountable. However, the arm for fixed stand is not removable and is so close to the holes for the VESPA mount that THE VESPA BRACKET IS USELESS. I was furious!! Staples employee was terrific and we searched the web to find a 22” monitor that Staples carried that had screw holes for bracket to mount on a movable arm. The design was terrible because the stand interfered. To make matters worse, I had hired someone to help me set up my computer and monitor and arm etc. I CALL SAMSUNG SERVICE AND CONFIRMED THAT THE PROBLEM WAS IN THE DESIGN OF THE MONITOR!!!
