It’s a good fridge our family loves it. Expensive yes. It’s big doesn’t freeze up. It’s well thought out. Never had a problem. Only thing I dislike is the filters but there are heaps of affordable aftermarket options.

The smart family hub has everything from recipes music /videos etc to dual ice makers ,heaps of room inside the fridge and freezer .The beverage centre is excellent and well used . Fridge is so handy with the view inside function ,wouldn't go past the Samsung Family Hub

Does all the standard fridge functions perfectly, but also has 2 additional great benefits. 4 separate compartments that can have their own individual temperature setting which means you can allocate more to the fridge than freezer if that's what you need. Also the Display is super helpful with maintaining a list of shopping items that automatically sync to your phone.
Can’t fault this fridge. It’s huge, it’s extremely smart and it has every feature you would ever want. Connection was a breeze.

Went from a large freezer drawer to this and was worried about less space, but much easier to find things and the drawers/shelves are a good size - no more rummaging for stuff. Also went from an ice and water dispenser on front of door to this style - you get extra shelf space with this fridge and I prefer the ice maker feature of this one (inside freezer in a container) as much quicker to grab ice than wait for it to dispense from front. Finally love the tablet/smart screen on front. Use the timer feature lots. Great for recipes and playing music on You Tube, check Instagram etc. Love this french door fridge/freezer - only criticism would be the shelves in the fridge, there isn't a lot of different options to vary, but ... MoreHas this for 4 months and very happy with it. I was really concerned when it went out of stock... not surprised since everyone wants this great piece of equipment. I am so pleased to have got it after some kind assistance from awesome Samsung staff. Love this refrigerator...
Super happy with this new fridge. My old Samsung fridge had a faulty icemaker and Samsung came to party with a very satisfactory resolution. I bought this new fridge it's excellent.
Bought this fridge about 3 months back. What a big piece of plastic they are selling for such a high price. You touch it too hard, you are likely to scratch it or create bumps into it. Then it looks horrible and there is nothing you can do about it. What happened to old fashioned stainless steel..........
I boulght this fridge from samsung direct 6 months ago and it was delivered in a good time and friendly delivery drivers . the frrezer keeps freezing at 7am and is defosted at 7pm and then again the same every day no vents are blocked its very annoying but the rest of the features work well
