I chose Samsung as my phone is also a Samsung.It comes with no instructions but looking at YouTube I found a couple of useful videos so I got an idea as to what to do.Needless to say I still struggled and went to the local 02 phone shop who helped

I was given a 128GB USB 3.1 Flash Drive BAR Plus (Black) as a gift recently. A colleague of mine borrowed it to do some file transfers. The files copied OK but when he plugged it in to the other computer it was not recognised. It does not work on any of my five computers. Very disappointed.

Rubbish. Utter rubbish. It lasted less than a year and wasn't even used that much. I only used this one to replace the other Samsung metal o-ring USB drive which also failed with a year. I'm concerned the other drives I have with music and personal data on them may also suddenly die and be unrecoverable like these two.Samsung make great SSDs and NVMe drives but their flash drives are total garbage in my experience. The build quality is great but if the internals are of such poor quality that they die so easily then what's the point of producing them? It's a waste of time and materials.So about this 5 year warranty Samsung?!

Samsung claims that this usb could have "Fast and convenient read speeds up to 300 MB/s¹" but this is absolutely not true. When I bought this usb drive I was getting a write speed of 39MB/s and a good read speed of around 150MB/s. After just a few months of usage the read speed has decreased signigicantly to 39MB/s (the same as the write speed). If speed is the thing you're looking for I'm afraid this is not the right USB for you. The usb has a solid design and is unlikely to ever snap or break.
Useful piece of IT equipment. Works well. Good storage capacity.

Had for 3 months. Type C connector came loose and memory card can no longer be read. CANNOT BELIEVE through standard use the connector has simply come loose and I'm now looking at £200-400 to get data off as Samsung wont cover the terrible build quality. Very sad and angry!
Ok , Crystal disk mark shows 300mb only speed transfer .I transferred small and large filles did not go up from 100mb . 4 times slower than advertised on samsung web site.I believe this product is over rated and incorrect information was published . Test marks can't be a published . Also just to confirm i am IT guys there is not a problem with my pc , PC is brand new 2 weeks old and it cost 9k verry high end PC tower . So please avoid this usb and specs as also i still haven't received refund or part refund for this issue.
reviews sounded good. should have read more before buying. if you only write to this once and while and always copy from it. it would be ok to use. but if you want to write to it often it will be frustrating to use.write speeds on my 3 pc were only around 20-30Mb/s testing with 2gb MP4read speeds are good at around 200-250.comparing this to my old 4year old Sandisk Extreme write speeds are over 150Mb/s.
bought in November was having issues with windows 10 recognizing stick and slow speeds for transfer. was advised no warranty for items after 14 days period says comes with 5 year limited warranty. not the case
