Bought this just over a year ago was great till the seal ring went on it and Samsung wouldn’t help at all as it wasn’t a ‘Manufacturing issue’. It’s been impossible to hunt down a replacement ring let alone living out in the country we don’t have an appliance repair person out here to fix it. It’s been a stressful nightmare, regret purchasing it.

No very happy with this purchase. We have had it just over a month and the add wash door is leaking. The machine beeps a lot and sings too much at the end. It is not quiet. Most cycles don’t seem to take the 10kg load. Some cycles do not wash adequately. Customer service was good when I rang - but that’s the only good thing so far.

Happy with everything about this machine except the 'finished' melody. Only need a ding but this plays a long tune that just keeps on going to absolutely no purpose
