Review TBAI bought this to service my DIY PC, which would boot, but not output a video signal.I assumed the RX470 I was using was to blame, so I replaced it with the RX6700, which worked for one day.I continue to trace the fault. I think it is one of the HDD or SSD that has failed or has improper connection.

I received this card and was a little disappointed it was not a pulse model. It also had a bent bracket but that was easy to bend back.Once installed the card performs great, faster than my 6600xt. Quiet and reasonably power efficient. With current prices for new gpus, it's good performance per pound, cheaper than some 6600xt while being faster with more ram, cheaper than the 6700xt for most of the performance. Very happy so far.
Got this for £340, which in the current market was excellent value.Overclockers themselves are reliable and quick. The card only performs a little worse than the 6700XT, and the Infinity Cache boost and the extra VRAM make it better than the 6650XT. It's also in a sweet-spot for energy efficiency, not being pushed that last 5%.I'm enjoying it as an upgrade from a venerable RX 570 - it's giving me better frame rates and much lower power usage. The model I received was definitely a Pulse.
If you're short on cash but want a truly great video card capable of 1440p gaming, even 4K gaming, this is your card. Excellent frame rates even at high or better settings greet you whenever you game, stable drivers are a nice thing, and the price can't be beat. This is Nvidia 3070 performance for $150 less money, no joke. If you're on the fence, jump over it and enjoy real performance for a tasty price, highly recommended!
It might not be a pulse, but it's still an amazing card.It is fast and efficient, I had a 6600XT Nitro+ previously which I have given to my mum as a gift and I was surprised by the performance difference between the 6600XT and the 6700. Depending on the game you can be 20% faster quite often and sometimes more. The GPU always runs quiet around 1000rpm and peaks with a junction temperature (hotspot) of 85C while the edge peaks around 70C. The fans in my testing peak around 1300RPM which is still very quiet. If you use applications like handbrake regularly you will see great performance. Comparing my 6700 to my old Vega 64 Nitro+ the 6700 is easily 70% faster in h.265 workloads along with superior quality at the same bit rate.I can highly recommend this card to ... At the time of purchase I paid £349.99, but the same day the price went down and Overclockers refunded me the difference once I contacted support which I was pleasantly surprised to see they responded within significantly under 24 hours and refunded the difference.I couldn't recommend this card enough, it's outstanding!
I tried to hold off this review to do some more testing (playing lol)... I play MSFS for the most part and although most the time so far has been setting up and getting past MSFS's bandwidth errors and other annoyance, what I have simulated is extremely smooth and eye candy is sweet. I am running a 27" 1080p monitor,so I can't speak to 2k and don't know about 4K. All this to say MSFS 2020 is a graphics intensive "game" and I am very impressed thus far (at this resolution). Also AMD CPU w/AMD GRAPHICS is a plus plus win win.
For those who need a card right now that can play anything at 1080P and even at 1440P (with some adjustments in detail), this is probably the best value. It definitely and clearly outperforms 6600XT and is probably even slightly faster than 6650XT, while being cheaper and more future proof thanks to a greater memory capacity (10GB). The jump to the 6700XT is quite significant in price (at least 100.- or more) for maybe 10% more speed, so not easily justified. In practice I see framerates above 100 fps at 1440p in many games with very few compromises in image quality. The power consumption is typically around 130-140W according to the Radeon Overlay, which is very low and will not heat your home (or the planet). In my opinion this is the current price/performance ... Build quality appears perfectly acceptable but do not expect high-end fans/cooler, which is not really necessary for this chip. Lack of RGB does not bother me.
Purchased this card in January 2023 to be able to play Cyberpunk 2077 at least at 1080p all options maxed out (raytracing disabled, of course). It brought flawless results and I am still enjoying every bit of it. Surprisingly runs most of my other games at 1440p max details at 85+ fps (e.g., Horizon Zero Dawn, Witcher 3, Mass Effect Legendary, Doom Eternal, etc.).In terms of noise, it is another world for me. Coming from a GTX1660TI, I used to need headphones to play, now it's almost silent (pc case is a pure base 500DX).Highly recommended for a 1080p experience all maxxed out + 1440p experience in normal/high settings.P.S. be aware of the 1hdmi/3dp distribution, it's not 2hdmi/2dp, depending on your setting that could be worth mentioning.
