Added cushion, but…

I have played with lacing options and I can't seem to figure it out like I can with the rest. The shoe seems narrow and high. Which for a guy with wide flat feet, isn't optimal. Saucony tends to run on the "tall" side IMO. I have noticed this as I clench my laces to the point where the 2 sides almost touch. I don't se this with my other shoes which tend to be Mizuno Wave Riders/Skys.The Good: SOOOO COMFORTABLE! Seriously, I know I just complained about foot pain, but these are really comfortable to walk around in and go about your business. The padding around the ankle is probably the best I have seen and the shoe in general is soft. The foam!!! OMG This new foam is amazing. I am really disappointed I don't love these, because this is springy, and soft, and forgiving. The Pull tab on the heel of the shoe. Thank you Saucony for the pull. This is so helpful and increasingly rare.THE BAD: Fit. Not the fit I expected from a wide shoe. Generally narrow still, and not conducive to my feet. The shoe may be a little stiff for some.

Great for my joints!

These shoes are just what I needed as a 55 year old who loves to exercise/walk at a fast pace. On various occasions, I’ve experienced ankle, knee or hip pain from walking like I do. I don’t want to give up being outside and walking, so I recently searched for the perfect shoe and found these. At first, it felt differently. It was like walking on a mattress when I wore them around the house just trying them on. But then, I hit the pavement and absolutely fell in love. I bought the pale blue color; it’s a perfect color. I’m not a fan of white, black, or those loud colored shoes other brands have. Thank you for designing a shoe that has motivated me to keep up my pace and schedule without fear of aches and pain afterward.

Highly Recommend! Exceptional Comfort,Support,Des.
29 June 2024

My husband and I both bought the new Triumph 22 (normal width) a week ago and absolutely loved it so much we ended up buying a second pair! I have been wearing the Triumph model for the past six years and this model is by fair the best! Exceptional Comfort (feels like you're walking on pillows), support, quality, even the design/material used for the tongue is perfect! The research and development team behind this model did an exceptional job! My husband and I would highly recommend not changing anything! Really Awesome job Saucony!!! You nailed it!!

Love the cushion
12 May 2024

I love this shoe albeit for the drop. I had surgery for morton's neuroma many years ago so my left foot appreciates that wonderful cushioning .The cushion just hugs my foot in all the right places, but if this shoe were a 8mm drop my knees would appreciate it slightly more. I have the Ride 17's as well and enjoy them however, the cushioning is nowhere as pleasant as the T22's. I need my forefoot brought up slightly and I am a mid foot striker. If the next version of Ride could have the same powerun+pb foam my feet would be in heaven and I would be sure to have multiple colors of them! Or perhaps lower the drop on the next T23 and I would snatch them up as well!!😁

No replacement for Shifts
21 June 2024

I bought as a replacement for the discontinued Endorphin Shifts. The sizing is way different. They run wide from front to back. They were moving around on my feet in a weird and non supportive way when I ran in them. I run in the endorphin shift/pro and elites. I wish the Shift would come back. It is a great trainer to not always be running with the plates. They are soft, but I did not find them supportive. The Endorphin line hugs my foot. I wasn’t able with this shoe to adjust the laces in any way to get them to feel comfortable on my feet. My heels are a little narrow, so that may be part of my problem with these shoes.

Please bring back the Triumph 20/21 design!
14 July 2024

I’ve been a loyal Triumph wearer for about five years now and generally got 400-500 miles per pair. They have always provided me with the best support for my feet, hips, and back.I was excited to try the revamped 22 but unfortunately, I’m very disappointed. The toe box is very wide and the shoe itself feels at least a half size too large. I developed blisters on both feet after my first two mile run in the shoes, something I have never had happen. 20 miles into the pair and I’m still getting blisters. The cushioning also feels very hard and my back hasn’t been happy since wearing the 22.I’m going to try to find a few pair of 21s on and retire these to walking shoes. I think they will be adequate for that….

Terrible shoe. Do not buy!
30 October 2024

These shoes are not sized the same as other Saucony shoes I’ve purchased over the last 25 years. I wore them thinking they would mold to my feet ect as I feel Saucony is a reputable shoe company and had full faith in the quality control. That is no longer the case. When I reached out to customer service about this issue I was told to return them. When I tried to exchange them for a different size I was denied because I wore them. No not purchase these shoes. They are not the same quality. I’m deeply disappointed in Saucony and the terrible customer service I received

Too wide and too soft?
27 August 2024

I have been fitted for a 10.5 in my running shoes and was recently recommended these at my local running store. I loved them in store but bought through Saucony because there was a sale and wanted them in a different color. I was fully aware that I wouldn’t be able to return them after taking them for a run but felt fine since I had previously tried in store and test ran in them. When they came they fit bigger than they did in store despite the same 10.5 and were so wide my feet were swimming. Tried with the heel lock and seemed ok I took them out for a little easy 5k and have lost about 3 toe nails now just from that one run and had major foot pain; these absolutely wrecked my feet. Not sure if the cushioning was too soft or they were just too big but they ultimately just didn’t work for me like I thought they would have. Sad about these beautiful shoes.

Very disappointed
20 July 2024

I am a long time Triumph customer- I love the look of the 22's but the fit does not match that of the previous designs. I am an avid runner averaging 30 miles a week- the 22's kill my feet and have destroyed my toes. I have blood blisters on multiple toes on both feet and caused discomfort on the bottom of my feet (like a burning sensation) while running. I am not sure if its due to the new material on the top of the shoe that does not give much flexibility while in stride or if the overall shape of the sneaker is different. I am very disappointed in the new design and am desperately searching for a previous Triumph in my size. Please go back to the earlier designs of Triumph. Thank you.
