Scanpan Classic 2-Piece Fry Pan Set

Great product great size dor smaller one... i ahve been using it since date of purchase twice a day....The trick is not washing it too much...I do hand wash it but overall it is as is, i have also hexclad, comparing i think both r almost the same, scan pan definetly needs oiling b4 any frying

These pans are fantastic. I don’t have to worry about sticking and I’m using a lot less oil and butter. I do recommend reading the directions as to their limits and proper cooking techniques for your sake and the pan. I often find that I don’t need to scour the pan after cooking unless I’m going to be cooking something completely different. It’s also great that if need be, they can go in the oven to finish a dish.

As a very senior gentleman I have accepted the task of meal preparation for my wife (very senior too) and myself. Using utensils that are quite old and not very good quality in the first place. I made the decision to purchase Scanpan with some trepidation. However, to my delight these pans are a delight to use, weight is just right, balance in my big hands is so good, heat transfer is perfect, and cleaning is a breeze. Ordered on line, service from the supplier was excellent. If I was to make any change, I would suggest that the pans be a tad deeper.They make my task so much easier and enjoyable. I need a deeper pan now with a glass lid.
