Purchased in 1998. Still hasn't missed a beat yet been used regularly between two to four times a month for the last 24 years. Seriously the best pot I could have asked for. Solid, even heat, easily cleaned, near bombproof.

Another great product from Scanpan. The 6L size is especially useful for cooking larger quantities which can be frozen for later use. And Scanpan's service is second to none..I recently returned 2 pans which were 7 years old and showing obvious signs of wear and received free replacements in a matter of days.

This pot is extremely versatile for both large and small meals. I often use it to make larger batches of bolognaise sauce on the stove top, and for making stews in the oven, as a slow cook. My mother was so impressed with the size, quality and price that she too bought not only the 6L size but also the 4L from this site. The Scanpan range is easy to wash, retain their colour and look classy when served directly from stove to table.

Seriously the best casserole dish I have ever owned. It is on the stove as I write this cooking a triple batch of bolognase sauce and its the first time I have ever made bolognase sauce and had no mess! No splashes all over my kitchen, no sticking to the pan. I am seriously in love with this product.

At 77 years old I have purchased my first Scanpan online, saw my daughter's and she told me it was the best ever product. I have a large family so am thrilled to be able to cook enough food for all of us that cooks evenly, doesn't stick, doesn't need constant stirring, goes from stove to table and keeps the contents warm if someone wants seconds. My husband is the washer up and he is amazed how easy it is to clean so we are all happy!! By the way great after sale service.
Love Scanpan Dutch ovens. Ceramic coated thick aluminum pan. Lighter than cast iron. Easier to clean.
This is my "all rounder" pot. Great for boiling pasta, making soups and casseroles. Add my steamers to the top for vegetables. I use this pot for so much and the bonus is, its easy to clean.
