Good gear!!

An excellent piece of gear. A joy to work with. Perfectly balanced, Just heavy enough to feel good, cleaning is a breeze. The only critisism I have is having to assemble the knob part of the lid. The small seals and washers can, and did, get lost. Probably my clumsiness though. 10 out of 10.

Great non stick

I had one of these pans years ago and it lasted a long time. Then I got an Esteele pan which was OK but didn't last as long. Such a relief to cook with this pan again! Great non stick and really easy to clean. Following the user guide, you just fill with cold water straight after cooking. Also don't have to season the pan the first time you use it like you do for some other brands. My only complaint is that the sides of this pan are not as tall as my old pan, but I can still easily cook a big meal for the whole family. Would definitely buy again.

I am very happy with this frypan and would recommend it.

I have only been using this pan for a few weeks, but so far it is proving to be genuinely non-stick. However, the instructions must be followed in order to keep it that way. The other night I fried chicken pieces on a moderate heat without any oil at all. I have no problem using good quality oil, however, I am just wanting to cut down a bit. I love the titanium finish. I have a scanpan baking dish. It does lovely baked potatoes. This pan is heavy, but not too heavy and washes up well in hot soapy water.

The Scanpan Classic Induction 11" Sauté Pan with Lid is a top-notch kitchen tool. It heats evenly, has an excellent non-stick surface allowing for easy cooking and quick cleanup. My fave ever

A replacement for my original ScanPan approx 15yrs old. Loved the old one, love the new one! Can’t go wrong. The lid is essential. The non-stick is excellent. Easy to clean. Big cook ups or small stuff no problem. Only issue could be storage but I’ve found a spot.

Reliable, long-wearing cookware

I've been using Scanpan Classic cookware for about 25 years or so. The nonstick surface has held up very well even when washing in the dishwasher and using metal utensils during cooking. The entire range can go straight from the cooktop to the oven, including the lids. The convenience and durability has impressed me.

Scanpan 26cm skillet

I have the scanoan 32cm skillet and love it but it was too large to use on the gas stove in the boat. Now I have purchased the scanpan 26 cm skillet and it cooks everything I want whilst cruising along in the boat. Great size for meals for 2, easy to clean and takes up less space. Should of done it years ago!

Still better than all the rest!

I had my previous scan pan (same exact one) and used it until I couldn't use it anymore! I looked at all the competitors as people suggested to me. I did my research, went into physical stores and discussed each pan's pros and cons. Ultimately, I came back and purchased the same one again and am sooo happy I did!

Very impressed. Hope to purchase more scan pan cookware in the near future.

This the best frypan and saucepan that I have owned for 50 years. I will be looking to buy a bigger nonstick frypan with a lid in the near future along with a bigger saucepan with a lid.I need to purchase some more as we have changed from gas cooking to induction.
