Scanpan CS+ Saute Pan - 28cm

Use this pan all the time...heat evenly and nothing sticks. Gave one for a gift and they love it too! It is definitely not like the old "teflon" and non stick pans. I have had mine for 3 years and it is going strong!

CS+ 3 QT Saute Pan

It was a gift for my mom she really likes the sauté pan. She confessed at first she thought it was just another nonstick pan but She’s really fell in love with it.

Heavy but cooks evenly

This is my workhorse pan in the kitchen. Cook, saute and shallow fry with this and never fails. Takes a while to heat up but once there, cooks food uniformly.I have had to use very little oil for all my daily needs which is awesome. it is quite heavy like a cast iron. I am only hand washing to make sure non stick lasts a long time

Incredible

We have been using this pan several times per week for a couple of months on our induction stove. It is hands down the best nonstick pan we've ever used. Meat is seared and juicy. Eggs slide off. Cleaning is fast and easy. Thrilled with the quality especially since we scored it on sale

Love it

This was a Christmas present for the house. At first we thought it might be too big, but the first time my wife tried it she said, ?I love the larger size, everything cooks more evenly?. The non stick, and non scratch, surface is an upgrade from our older scan pan, oo.

Love our new Scanpan!

Unlike many others that tout easy cleanup, this one really does have that feature. It also really does transfer easily to the oven with great results, heat really does diffuse evenly across its substantial width (even where it is outside the reach of our gas flame), and on top of that the design is beautiful and well thought out. The extra handle is a boon, since its size renders it fairly heavy when filled, but who cares when it holds a meal for a hungry family of four with ease. One pot cooking, easy cleanup. The three cooks in our family love it!

My favorite new saute pan

This is a terrific saute pan. Conducts heat very evenly, cleans up easily and the clear lid is a nice feature.

Love it. It?s the perfect size for a family of four. I?ve made scrambled eggs, potstickers, fried rice, etc. easy to clean. No complaints!

Scanpan A super pan

Throw away your cast iron skillet-the heat transfer of this Scanpan is far more uniform than our cast iron Made a sauce recently in this and noticed how perfectly uniform the simmering was throughout the surface. In my tFal pan you can see where the heating elements touch the pan.So, I didn?t mention the release surface & I should. So far it seems indestructible. Cooked fried eggs? they slid around with no sticking- seems better than my tFal.Furthermore this heavy weight Scanpan heats much faster than my cast iron. The cast iron skillet is on its was to Good Will.Bottom line?. We love this pan & its sister skillet.
