This Scanpan CTX 32cm Chef Pan with Lid has a 5-ply multi-layer construction of aluminium and stainless steel for optimum heat distribution without hot spots. A chef's pan does pretty much the same as a saute pan - sauteing vegetables, browning meat etc but has two short handles instead of one so it can also be used for serving. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, this chef's pan is also oven proof up to a temperature of 260°C.
