My Scanpan classic lasted 6 years until the coating deteriorated. I have chosen the commercial grade to see if this increases the longevity of the non stick surface. Initial impressions are positive. the outside is smooth and clean which prevents the collection of spills and dirt. The non stick surface is wonderful. The handles despite being metal remain cool to touch when using on my induction stove top.

This is the best pan I've ever bought. There is nothing I don't like about it. It cooks everything perfectly. Love the lid has 2 holes for a vent to let steam escape. I have bought many scanpans in the past but this particular one is my favourite hands down.

This pan replaced a similar Scanpan product which had eventually lost its nonstick ability. This pan does not disappoint. It is excellent. It fries brilliantly (not on highest heat as per instructions), maintains high heat, cooks evenly, and is easy to clean. Love that it transfers from stovetop to oven. As expected, a quality product and well worth the extra bit of money.

This pan not only looks great, but I've used it for, frying steaks, stir fry, braising and casseroles. Lots of real estate! Great heat distribution. Easy to clean - looks like new each time. Only had it for about 10 days and have used it 7 times. So cost per use is going to be fantastic!
We have the whole set. It is so beautiful. My only problem is that the pieces are so heavy that they are difficult to pick up and/or carry. I wish all the pieces had two handles.Nothing sticks and cleans easily.
These pans are absolutely the supreme of non-stick pans! Love it and want to add a few more to my collection!
I love love love this pan. Not only does it look good, but the non stick base and by the looks of it non peel. This pan makes it hard to ruin anything!!
I couldn't be happier with the Scanpan HaptIQ 32cm 4.8L Chef Pan. I received a similar Scanpan as a wedding gift nearly 14 years ago and felt that the time had come to replace it. I opted for the slightly more expensive model, knowing that they last, and absolutely love it. I can't recommend highly enough.
