This toner is very watery yet it is a bit hydrating after applying on the face for a while. The hole at the top of toner is a big too small and you have to pour several times to get enough drops for the whole face. The ingredients are quite minimal and clean though. I like the idea that the fermented ingredient makes up the largest portion of this toner, rather than water. I have oily combination skin in summer but my face turns sensitive and dry on cheeks in spring time (now). I used this toner for 2 days but haven't seen a difference if compared to the Cosrx cica toner which has less hydration. I will continue using this toner. Perhaps it will be a bit too hydrating in the sub-tropical summer time. Was looking for an essence and wanted to try something new. The texture is like silky water so it goes deep into skin and moisturises. I really like making masks out of it as it's so gentle and hydrating. It's similar to the other water based essences on here. It's simple, but effective. Slight brightening effect with long term use. Would recommend for beginners as it layers well and can be mixed with other brands easily.
