I have about 6.3TB of material on my computer and its various external drives. Most of it is 4K video raw footage.I wanted to back out all up in one place. I went looking for an 8tb external drive. No joy, but PB Tech did have this 14tb drive.It backed up my internal drives without any trouble at all. It ignored the external ones but copy and paste worked perfectly, and was easier anyway than moving drives around and plugging them in.

Lower price then my first 5 gb hard drive, user friendly. Works continuously….etc….nothing even as bad a average….these Hugh increases in capacity have re revolutionized my photography without them Adobe would just be another software company.

Good product at a good price. I trust Seagate and I also trust the Geek Squad to strand behind it. I like the fact that it incorporates a USB hub into its design.
Lighting fast, love the additional USB/C ports. Rescue software work great.
It's a little different from the current model I have, but it only took me a short while to get the settings the way I wanted them.It now backs up continuously without me having to do anything. Easy to set up and can be done without reading the manual.
Good drive. Its a little misleading as it looks like you can use the usb c port in the front to plug into your computer but that isn't the case you have to use the back which is usb a
Its great I have movies on it and using Plex hooked up to my laptop.Plenty of space no problems really happy with this purchase.
It’s an okay device but makes too much noise. I did love it at first but the fans are too loud.
I just received this drive and connected and installed the toolkit etc. transferred 2.94TB of data from one drive to this. Took 9 hours with tick thack sound all throgh the hours. After all done and while accessing the files, the drive makes the sound like a snow plow is scraping the black top. It would have been an excellent drive if it done it without the sounds.
