Having visited the retail outlet twice to try on a range of watches and being assisted by very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Although remaining undecided, my wife did purchase a watch as a birthday gift. On returning home I decided to buy, on line, a second watch and despite having tried one on two days previously was informed that it was out of stock. Not a major problem. The watch arrived seven day later and although delighted with my purchase and the service received, the state of the delivery could have been better. The outer box had been somewhat dented in transit as had the second inner Seiko box.
