Beautiful watch. Casual/Dress watch in my collection. One negative thing I can say is having a 19MM lug distance. I have to start another strap size collection. I would have given it a 5* otherwise.

I really enjoy the size and style of the watch face. It has an amazing lume and has thus far kept great time without any power reserve issues. Things that could improve this watch are: a standard 20mm lug width, a more robust bracelet (I like some weight on the bracelet). That being said there are still replacement watch bands out there. At some point I hope to try it on a 20mm nato strap.

I purchased this watch approximately a month ago.. and I've have been nothing but satisfied with this watch. The sleek look and wonderful feel of the watch and light. Compared with my more expensive watches.. this one is nice and comfy. And if I don't wear the watch for a couple of days it's still going.. Sapphire crystals on front and back of watch is a very nice touch... what a great performer!

This watch exceeded my expectations. The build quality competes with far more expensive Swiss watches (in build quality and materials) and it keeps really good time. Certainly above average for a non-chronometer watch. I'd highly recommend it and think it looks better in real life than in photos.
Great looking watch except for the 19mm lug width and the 6R35 movement. Within 1 year of purchase the watch was running 3 minutes slow per day. My advice get it checked within its 1 year guarantee to avoid the excessive Seiko cost for servicing.
This is a beautiful watch. I've had a Seiko on my wrist for 20+ years and took the plunge for this fully mechanical masterpiece to replace my battered Seiko Kinetic. The build quality and materials are first class. It's elegant without being showy. Having worn it everyday for 6 months, I'm really impressed with the accuracy. Because of the nature of my work, it's off my wrist for several hours a day and then again at night. As a consequence I've become accustomed to winding it as a daily ritual. It's like having an additional minor hobby. I've spoken to friends and colleagues who are Rolex enthusiasts and looked at the claimed accuracy of their watches online. It compares favourably. I lose about 4 seconds/day, so reset it weekly. No regrets whatsoever.
Beautiful watch at a great price from Frances & Gaye. I have had this watch side by side with similar built watches from other brands but the Seiko build quality is evident immediately. In a ideal world, Seiko prices would be approximately 25% cheaper overall.
You've heard it before - this is the perfect ONE WATCH FOR ALL OCCASIONS! And it really is. I think it is the best value for the price for any watch - anywhere - any price! PERIOD!!
Very nice/classy looking watch I've been wearing a few days now with grey dial. For me, the dimensions are perfect, and strikes the balance of sport, casual, and dressy. If I was asked where the fifth star could be earned, I'd definitely say the clasp in regards to the unusually large gap when in the closed position. Even so, I really like it and would recommend it. Other watches worn: Omega, Tag, Citizen, Benarus, etc.
This watch is gorgeous. It crosses all the categories-- a field watch, a luxury watch and a tool watch (as Seiko categorizes it). With 200 meters of water resistance, I can do shallow scuba dives with it. It can be dressed up or down. I love the solid construction, gorgeous dial and generous lume. The pictures on the web often don't do it justice. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that my movement lacks accuracy. The 6R35 movement inside is said to perform with an accuracy of -15/+25 seconds per day, which is not very impressive-- (the Swiss-made Powermatic 80 is superior). My watch was 7 seconds slow per day when I got it-- not a big deal. But after a month, it's now 35 seconds slow per day, so I returned it to Seiko for a free adjustment. They'll probably ... MoreThis watch is gorgeous. It crosses all the categories-- a field watch, a luxury watch and a tool watch (as Seiko categorizes it). They'll probably have it for a month before they send it back. So aside from that so-so accuracy of the movement, I strongly recommend it.
