In 1969, the Seiko Speedtimer was introduced with it's innovative technologies that are still a staple in high function chronographs to this day. The shape of the 39mm case keeps true to the original but at the same time has a modern feel with a combination of smooth and hairline polishing on the bracelet, and the curved sapphire glass. The dial is extremely legible thanks to it's sandblasted finish, so has that crucial readability that is so important for a Prospex sports watch. This watch is powered by V192 Calibre solar movement, features a 60 minute chronograph inside a subdial at 6 o'clock, a 24 hour indicator and a time of the day seconds hand.
