I love this vac!! It’s light weight, easy to carry up the stairs to clean there or clean the stairs. Great suction, it changes suction power on it’s by sensing how dirty different areas are. I use it on all my floors, wood, tile rugs, it works great on all. The battery has a long life between charges. But the best thing of all about this vac is the roller w fins!! No hair wraps around the roller!! I have long hair so does my daughter. I would have to cut hair off the regular type rollers all the time. I love this vac suggest it to everyone.

I love the @Shark brand!!! I have hair dryer-styler + 2 shark vacuums. This vacuum - the Shark Cordless Pro Vacuum with the clean sense IQ - is so good! I’ve bought it in Costco. What’s good in it? It can clean the first that we can’t see (with the IQ sensor). It’s cordless!! No cord - that’s amazing! Also, I suffer from allergies, and it has an anti-allergen seal, which catches almost all the dust, odors and allergens. It has powerful suction and it works up to 40 minutes (it’s cordless). I also like that you can store it easily, you can fold it and also it’s easier to reach to the hardest places in your house. If you have a pet, it’s also good, because it has PetExtract tool, that can pull pet’s hair (I don’t have pets, but I use it on carpets).

Batteries don't last

Purchased this vacuum in December, Black Friday sale. Still paid over $200. On sale. Although I love my Shark steam mop, this vacuum is very disappointing. It claims the battery has a 40 minute life, mine dies at 16 - 18 minutes! I called the company, they sent me another battery, does the same thing, doesn't even last 20 minutes. So even with 2 batteries, i can't even vacuum half my house, have to charge batteries, then FINISH the house the next day! Should have just bought a plug in the first time. SHARK company, you're bettet than this!! Don't waste your money!

Excellent Vacuum!

Bought this for my wife who likes to keep our house clean to the point that people don't know we have a dog (white dog, dark wood floors). We can generally vacuum the entire house on one charge, though it's just a 3/2 - not a big house. At first, I was concerned that the head was a little narrow, but it fits perfectly under almost all of our furniture and gets where none of our vacuums before could get. The auto-power option is really nice, too, so we don't have to keep it on high-power - we can let the vacuum determine that. I never thought I'd enjoy using a vacuum, but I do enjoy using this - and so does she! No more cords dragged around the house. And it works better than our corded vacuum did. First cordless

Purchased this about 2 weeks ago, I have used it twice. Wasn't sure about going cordless but I am sold. This is my third shark, I have a stick (corded) and a regular floor model. I have been wanting to try a cordless one and the price was excellent ( I didn't purchase it through their website) I was on the fence and had almost bought a dyson but the price was a little more then I wanted to pay, main reason is because I need more then one vacuum cleaner for my cleaning needs. It does a great job on bare floors and it works well on my carpet, but it does have some drag on carpet because of the material they use for the roller, I have a low pile carpet so it's not too bad and it does pick-up well.It's nice that I do not have to do anything to go from barefloors to carpet. Runtime is good it says 40 minutes but I am going to purchase a spare battery to have one already charged. As stated this is my first cordless and I live shark vacuums. For the down side that would be that I think that if you have a lot of heavy duty vacuuming I don't know if this your go to vacuum. I will use my regular shark to do my major cleaning and my regular stick (corded) vacuum. But this cordless will definitely be my go to vacuum for my cleaning daily or even every couple of days. Their warranty was another reason I decided to try it. Hopefully I will not have to use it.

Great Vacuum

This vacuum has everything I was looking for to get cat hair and dust off my hardwood floors and rugs. The battery life is good, you can use it as a handheld vacuum quickly without adding an attachment, and it empties without making a mess. The two attachments it comes with are perfect for furniture and crevices like window sills.I didn’t know about the odor neutralizer when I purchased, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Even on the lowest setting I can smell it after I vacuum. Horribly disappointed. Don’t waste your money

This is the worst piece of cleaning equipment I’ve ever used in my entire life. It shuts off and “overheats” after running for 15 seconds max even though I’ve taken it completely apart and cleaned it out several times. When I can actually get it to run long enough to pick up ANYTHING it does a terrible job and leaves behind about 90% of the stuff on the floor and then when it inevitably overheats and turns off, or I turn it off myself, everything it picked up immediately falls right back out onto the floor under it where only about 10% of it will be picked back up by the vacuum. It takes at least 20 minutes to vacuum my small carpeted room and even then if I walk on it barefoot IMMEDIATELY after finishing, I can feel everything it left behind sticking to my feet. Had it 6 months now and really like it.Couple of negatives: the dust cup is too long, too close to where the attachments connect so I can'tget really close to small areas and the crevice attachment doesn't fit into my baseboard hot water heating units,like the attachments with my corded sweeper do, which seems to be an issue with all cordless vacuums. Battery time is pretty good but what is great is that the batterycharges pretty fast, compared to other vacuums. Fairly lightweight and easy to store standing up when thehandheld part is hung on the wand. This is the only stick vacuum I've tried (the 3rd so far) that seems to haveenough power to deep clean rugs/carpets. Lightweight compact and easy to store

We have been using the Shark Cordless Pro Vacuum Cleaner for about 2 weeks now. Setup is a breeze right out of the box. It is easy and intuitive to use, lightweight and easy to manoeuvre (no more wrestling with cords or struggling with a heavy vacuum). The attachments that come with it make tackling different surfaces and tight spaces a walk in the park.It pack enough power to clean our 3 bedroom house without needing a recharge. The design, where you can remove the top half for storage, make it compact and easy to store. Emptying the dustbin after use is easy and not messy (something that we were worried about coming from bagged vacuum to bagless).Very happy with the purchase.

Love this!

I bought this vacuum when we moved into a larger house. We had a Samsung cordless but I knew when it was time to get a new one I wanted to try a shark. This vacuum is so nice! We have 3 hairy dogs, 2 young boys, and live in a neighborhood where a lot of kids are in and out playing. We also have a mixture of wood/carpet in bedrooms. Our house is 2,000 sq foot and this vacuum can stay charged the whole time my Samsung couldn’t stay charged long enough to do my house. I also have one son who has a lot of asthma complications and I love how clean the house seems to be after. My fiancé also is a marine and recently discovered he has the toxic burn pit syndrome from serving in Afghanistan so having clean air is important to us and this vacuum helps achieve that.
