The 16mm F1.4 DC DN Contemporary, which is based on the same development concept as the SIGMA 30mm F1.4 DC DN Contemporary, has a lens construction of 16 elements in 13 groups and is made of high-quality materials. This lens effectively minimizes optical aberrations and delivers excellent resolution even at wide open apertures and across the entire aperture range. The lens construction and the stepper motor provide a smooth autofocus even with video recordings and the connection is protected against dust and splash water by a seal.
