I am disappointed with the product for two major reasons. It is overheating and it could cause a burn. The switch to alter the speed and temperature is badly positioned making it very easy to flip it by mistake. This makes getting burned even more likely. It is of very poor quality and totally overpriced.

Read to the end - due to a design flaw, the bristles melted off after a month so I took it back, they offered a replacement of the same one(but a new bristle design) but I chose something else on the salespersons recommendation. I wish I’d replaced it with the newer bristle design of this as I much preferred the end result of this to the Revlon.Despite the design flaw with the original, I believe this is a great brush and will buy another.

This is a great product for short to medium length hair. The barrel is not too large and it is light weight and easy to manoeuvre. I love the time saving dry and style features and I am really pleased with this item.

I don’t think I’d attempt to dry long hair with this 19mm hot air brush but for ear length hair it’s great, it has enough oomph to simply brush the hair dry and the smaller barrel allows a tighter root lift on the short length. My other hot air brush has a 38mm barrel and is great for a soft brush out but won’t give lift as effectively on short hair - well not for me - I’m a five minute styler- this has a cool touch end so you can curl and easily release roll the hair out. More natural than a curling wand and you dry at the same time. I’m pleased with the purchase - is a tiny bit noisy on high, probably because hot air being forced through a smaller wand.
A lovely little styling tool. Works well on both wet and dry hair I've found, and very easy to use. Only negative point is gets a little hot to touch, but that's not unexpected. Would recommend.
What I like about this air brush: light and easy to use, faster than conventional hairdryer (I have fine hair), good value for money.What I don't like: the high setting is very loud and very hot (hair is too hot to touch)The brush doesn't have much grip when hair is dry so it doesn't work as well as my traditional barrel brush.I'd probably choose a different type of bristle if repurchasing and one with a cool setting to set the style.
I recently purchased this product and entirely went by the reviews assuming it would be perfect. Unfortunately i find it useless. The bristles are so soft it doesn’t hold onto the hair at all! I really am perplexed that it appears to have suited so many people because I simply cannot use it and I will be parting ways.
I bought the silver bullet to use on my hair as I grow it down to my shoulders. Just one hand for brush and hot air is far easier to manage to style my hair up and back from my face. This model has the smallest barrel I could find after searching for weeks. It’s easy to use but I’m hoping to get some extra tips from my hairdresser next week about how exactly to style my hair.
I saw great reviews for this but unfortunately I feel I wasted my money. This drier is only useful if your hair is already dry… It doesn’t seem to get anywhere near hot enough to dry even 80% dry hair, it left patches of damp hair at the root area for me even after I would go over and over the same spots. It made my hair feel smoother when I did use it, but overall I would suggest a different product and don’t see myself reaching for this very often. One good thing though, is that it is lightweight which made using it for long periods more tolerable
Really love this appliance works very well with my hair type. Ihave found I use it every day and gives my hair volume and it’s easier to style. I highly recommend this product . It was also at an affordable price which was a plus for such an amazing appliance . Thank you Robyn
