IÃm happy I found this gluten free dough, now I can eat affordable homemade pizza again! ItÃs one of my favorite non-gluten friendly foods, which is why i'm happy a gluten-free alternative exists . The best is made with almond flour, flax meal, cauliflower, baking soda and more. As far I know, it is made with no artificial ingredients. To prepare, just need apple cider vinegar, olive oil, water and the GF mix, follow the instructions and make two 8î pizzas crust or one 10î x 10î square. After baking you can add any desired topping such as cheese, tomato sauce, basil, pepperoni, ham, soy chorizo etc. and bake for additional time. It's free from corn, grain, is paleo and vegan friendly as well.Look for Simple Mills Almond Flour Baking Mix Pizza Dough

I received the Simple Mills Pizza Dough Almond Flour Mix a few days ago and decided to try and make a pizza for dinner. The instructions were easy enough to follow, it did take the dough 15 mins. to cook just like stated in the instructions. After the dough was done I placed all my toppings on and placed it back in the oven for an additional 15 mins. as stated, but I had to leave in for an additional 10 mins., not sure if the sauce made the crust soft once the toppings were added. The pizza did taste better as leftovers the day. My husband liked the pizza and the taste of the crust, I was not too fond of the almond flour for a pizza. I think the almond flour would be good if youÃre making a dessert pizza rather than a regular pizza. Overall, it was okay.I would ... MoreI received the Simple Mills Pizza Dough Almond Flour Mix a few days ago and decided to try and make a pizza for dinner. So I had this box of Simple Mills Almond Flour pizza dough around and was not afraid to use it! I have family members who can't eat gluten. I'm starting to like some types of gluten free foods myself. This dough was not too bad to handle. It needs no rising time. I have not made many pizza doughs before myself, but after using this one I want to make many more and from this brand! The crust is so good, it actually has some crunch to it. It's not like regular flour dough, it's somewhat nutty and yet easy on my teeth when chewing. I made two smaller pizzas as directed instead of one big one, and the serving size is about one of the small ones per person on average. Very filling and the toppings you put on it to your satisfaction will also be a benefit in using this ... MoreSo I had this box of Simple Mills Almond Flour pizza dough around and was not afraid to use it! I truly plan to buy more when I can, it is so fresh and tasty. No eggs needed or dairy. You only need oil, water and apple cider vinegar to add to the flour. How much more easier could that be? Very happy with this product!

I love this gluten free pizza crust (much better than anything I can make myself!). I don’t follow the baking instructions on the box. Instead, I heat my oven and pizza stone to 500 degrees. Meanwhile I prepare the raw dough and toppings on a piece of parchment. When the stone and oven are heated, I transfer the uncooked pizza (using an inverted cookie sheet helps) to the hot stone and return it to the oven for 8 minutes. It cooks up delicious!
I love Simple Mills Almond Flour Baking Mix, Pizza Dough. It is so easy to use and makes delicious pizza crusts. I simply add water and olive oil to the mix, and then roll it out and bake it. The pizza crust comes out crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I have used this mix to make both gluten-free and nut-free pizzas, and they have all turned out great. I would definitely recommend this mix to anyone looking for a delicious and easy-to-use pizza dough mix.
Simple Mills Almond Flour Baking Mix Pizza Dough… I already have tried their crackers so this was my next carb to try. If you are on a gluten-free diet I highly recommend. Easy to prep and cook, and the crust was crispy not bread like. I actually enjoyed this just as much as the cauliflower crust. Different tastes, both are great. Makes two medium sized pies.
This is our families fav gf pizza dough. I feel like we have tried them all from homemade to vairous store bought brands and this has been the most loved. Its not a thin crust style so its great for multiple toppings and tastes great with any variation we have thought of. Easy to make, one you make it once or twice you get an idea for the dough consistency. We always oil our hands before we take it out of the bowl and follow the ingredients as is. Pizza night is always fun, the kids love adding their own toppings and being part of the process.
I was so excited to try these. I have been gluten free for 3 years and I haven't tried many of the newer gluten free products. I have to say, as we were making these, I was very concerned about how they would turn out. The box instructions allow you to choose whether you will pick egg or milk and oil or butter to allow for a dairy free cookie. We chose the egg and oil combination and the oil we used was grapeseed oil. The consistency of the dough was quite sticky and it was difficult to mold the dough into a ball as suggested. There seemed to be an overabundance of chocolate chips as well. After baking them and to our surprise, they mostly stayed together and had a nice taste and texture too. The mix made 12 medium to small size cookies.
The mix was easy to work with and produced a delicious crust. The instructions are easy to follow. Although it doesn't taste like a regular wheat pizza crust, it still tastes delicious. Making a large pizza's probably not ideal since the crust is prone to falling apart. The almond crust doesn't have a strong taste, so it pairs well with many different types of toppings.
