This flour is moist, fluffy, and ground down to just the right size for all your keto diet or non-gluten baking needs. I’ve used this flour for brownies, cakes, cookies, marzipan, muffins, chaffles, and much more. It’s always consistent in quality from bag to bag. It’s always fresh. The ingredients are just almonds! It tastes amazing. The package, in my opinion is the best on the market. It’s like a Velcro closure that closes/opens so easily and thoroughly, even if some flour gets into it. I highly recommend this flour. It can get a little grainy in some recipes, but that is with pretty much every other almond flour I’ve ever used too, so it’s still a solid too star choice. (I've had bad luck using glass pans; the cake tends to stick even if the pan is greased, and it is extremely hard to get the center to cook correctly. The person who taught me the recipe swears by glass pans with this cake, though, so YMMV. I think that a lot of the end result is dependent on your oven, so use your judgement. I prefer round, nonstick metal pans for this.)6) Cook for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.7) Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with unsweetened yogurt sprinkled with cinnamon.

Therefore it is a great choice for baby-led weaning. Even though it says super fine, the almond flour feels a little coarse (to me). This isn't necessarily a bad thing, because you can tell that it is composed of real almonds and that the ingredients are natural and not highly processed. It also gives some mouth-feel when sprinkled onto food such as yoghurt. Love Bob’s Red Mill products in general, but this is not my favorite almond flour. The texture is much more grainy than others I’ve tried because the almonds aren’t blanched first. Then again, it’s cheaper than a lot of others, so it’s a good value for the size. And the taste is neutral. I bought this one because the one I usually get was out of stock, and I would buy it again as a backup but only use in certain recipes where it won’t make the texture unpleasant.
