This flour is moist, fluffy, and ground down to just the right size for all your keto diet or non-gluten baking needs. I’ve used this flour for brownies, cakes, cookies, marzipan, muffins, chaffles, and much more. It’s always consistent in quality from bag to bag. It’s always fresh. The ingredients are just almonds! It tastes amazing. The package, in my opinion is the best on the market. It’s like a Velcro closure that closes/opens so easily and thoroughly, even if some flour gets into it. I highly recommend this flour. It can get a little grainy in some recipes, but that is with pretty much every other almond flour I’ve ever used too, so it’s still a solid too star choice.
