They are about the right size and easy to swallow. I think that they don’t taste too bad compared to what I was using.
I'm not a big fan of the taste of these but they are satisfying for my longer rides. Would prefer apple flavour as I have had this in the past and they taste better.
Easy to eat, full of carbs and protein and taste nice. What isn t there to like! I have been using these along with hydration tablets and gels from SIS for years. I find these are better at the beginning of a ride with gels used later on when I m struggling to keep going!

These bars taste really good, natural and don't upset my stomach
I love these bars. I've used them for years on my long bike rides (til I swap to gels to avoid digestion issues) as they have just enough sweetness and stickiness in a small enough package. Great product!
I used these sis products for motorcycle track days where high energy sessions can cause muscle fatigue especially in the arms. I was sceptical but now I use them all the time. I have also given some to friends who have had great results in energy boost. 100% recommend
