Sis Go Isotonic Energy Gels Apple 60ml (6 Pack)

V tasty. Good steady energy release. NOt like some others eg. GU which give a bit more of a hit. I found they really kept me going well all day. Especially noticed toward the end of a long King Alfred Way day when I still had legs to make good time up the hills.

These gels are great and I have no problem with the flavours or how they help me perform when I'm training or racing. I can only give 3 stars for them as I have a terrible success rate with opening them! This can be infuriating when on a long run and I really need the top up or especially in a race. So many times I've only been able to tear them a tiny bit then the rest of the gel refuses to come away easily. That includes trying to rip it open with my teeth! Wish they were more reliable.

These are great. I was using another product which I liked but this one is better because its not too sweet and sticky. The other product I was using was very sticky I guess it has more sugar in it not good if you get it on your hands and gloves.The SIS gel is really easy to digest and this flavour is not sickly. I will be using this one in future I really like it.

A good selection of flavours in the box, it has vanilla, I have not been able to purchase this flavour on its own.Was good value, this product is ideal for having on marathons and long training run's as it saves calling someone out to do a fluids drop-off.The only downside is opening them with damp hand's, end up using teeth, a larger 'top' to get hold of would be good.Have purchased these for year's and highly recommend them.

Excellent energy gel

I bought these gels to use for my marathon training and marathon run. They have an extremely nice flavour and good texture which makes them enjoyable to use. They also provide a great continuous energy supply throughout long exercises. Would highly recommend!

Great flavour and texture

Very happy with the SiS gels. Personally find they sit well and are a good consistency not requiring water to take which is a real bonus. Flavour wise I got the Vanilla for the first time after trying some of the traditional flavours previously and was impressed. The SiS gels due to their consistency are also quite hydrating, great on warmer days. The only negative aspect is due to the more liquid texture they are on the bulkier side of gels but fit perfectly fine in shorts/belts I have. Highly recommend for people looking to start using gels.

Just about perfect.

I have never had any GI issues with these gels. Super easy to open even with sweaty hands. No need to take with water. I both train and race using these gels. Highly recommended. Flavours are all good except Berry which I do not like AT ALL

Very happy with this gel

I am really pleased with this gel. The texture is the best out of all the gels I've tried recently and it gave me a good energy boost. It was 28°c on my run so it was great to have a gel which slid down easily and refreshed me a bit at the same time.I still took this with some water because it was so hot.The only negative is that I had a small stitch for the next half a kilometer. I don't know if this is due to the gel, or the fact I took water with it-or if that was just co-incidence.I'll have to test some more to find out.But overall I'm really happy with this gel. I had the fruit salad flavour which was nice. Looking forward to trying the other flavours now.
