Double sided tape for smooth surfaces. ~ Automotive grade mounting tape comes pre~applied for mounting on smooth surfaces such as tiles, metal or wood. ~ Mounting Advice: ~ Make sure the surface is clean and dry before attaching. ~ The mount is designed to be hung vertically, hanging it horizontally is not advised. ~ The provided tape is very strong but can be removed from the mount cleanly if you prefer to use your own mounting tape. ~ Plasterboard: ~ To mount on painted plasterboard you can use a screw or other commercially available mounting tape designed for painted plasterboard. ~ Pleaser take care when screwing it in as over tightening it can split the mount. ~ It is possible to use the tape on plasterboard but I can not guarantee you will be able to remove it cleanly without damaging paint work.
