We look at all the brands The Good Guys had. This dishwasher had the best cycle options and tray configurations they can be adjusted if required for larger/ smaller items and would suite either a small & large family for use. The only thing my husband & I disagree on, is the culturally tray, I don't particularly like the tray, but my husband said it the best thing about it, you do still have a culturally basket but guess who dose all the dish's now. Yep Hubby !!!

Had this for about two years and it has had multiple problems. The top cutlery area plastic no longer stays in place. It also keeps coming out of its tracks as they no longer clip back into place. Sometimes the door won’t shut at all and I’ll then need to make adjustments on the middle basket by pulling it in and out a few times. Have other smog products that are great but not happy with the dishwasher

Bought this to complete my full Smeg kitchen fit-out. It's quiet when operating, looks nice and most importantly does a great job of cleaning dishes. The shelves and rollers aren't especially smooth and feel a bit cheap and it seems a bit cramped for space. Expected better for a dishwasher in this price range.

We bought this in 2020. Have had numerous call outs. Replaced motherboards etc…. Not working this morning. I did not activate extended warranty. The repair guys said this model has had issues. So it’s my problem. I will never purchase a Smeg product again.
Had our DWA6314B2 dishwasher now for over 12 months. It's never dried the dishes ever. It's not broken, it just does a terrible job. And now the second shelf won't line up properly to go in. You can't close the door unless you lift the front up and wiggle it onto the nozzle at the back. Wish I never bought it. I thought smeg was supposed to be good quality stuff. Never again.
It's okay. Nothing fantastic. As good as my old cheap dishwasher. I believe I paid a high amount for the European brand name given that the dishwasher dries okay, operates okay and washes okay. I don't see any remarkable difference to my old cheaper Westinghouse dishwasher. I put a wash on recently and my dishes still came out dirty. Highly disappointed with this product. I just wish I didn't fall for its good black outer look and bought it. As they say, "don't judge a book by its cover."
It holds a lot more than other dishwashers the bottom tray holds big plates upright the top tray holds glasses and bowls and the cutlery tray up top makes it so quick to pack and unpack. Can’t believe how quiet it is glasses sparkling plates perfectly clean. This is best dishwasher I’ve ever had! ( number 6 over 40 years)
After having Ariston dishwashers for over 10 years we moved to Smeg and it is a game changer! I had used one at a friends home and loved the three levels which meant I could add cutlery to a shallow drawer at the top of the washer without constantly bending down to a basket (also available). Dishes are beautifully clean and much dryer than my previous machines. The black matches my black kitchen perfectly!
I bought this dishwasher in June 2019 to replace my 7 year old LG. It is quite good and gets my dishes clean, but I don't really like it as much as my LG. The Smeg doesn't appear to be as well built as the LG and the dish trays don't seem to run as smoothly. I dislike the cutlery tray immensely. They give you a cutlery basket as well, but it is a very strange design and I found it hard to use. There also doesn't appear to be enough room to use the cutlery basket when you have a large number of dishes. The controls aren't really very easy to use. You have to press fairly hard to make them register and have to press 3 buttons to set your wash choice and start the wash cycle. I feel that the front panel would dent very easily. We got this dishwasher as our alternative option as the one we picked originally was not in stock. I must admit being sceptical about it initially but to our surprise this dishwasher turned out to be awesome purchase. It’s very practical, easy to use butMore importantly performs well even with tough stains such as roast pans etc. we simply load the dishwasher through out the day and switch it on when we go to bed and results are amazing. Highly recommend this dishwasher
