The toaster often sends slices flying out, falling either in front or behind the toaster due to the force of the pop up action. This happens with all bread types - regular sliced, bagels and artisan loaves. Toasting can also be inconsistent, often with burned edges appearing or sides being toasted unevenly.I bought this especially for toasting artisanal bread due to the long slots. Shorter slices still need to be fished out with tongs as although the resting height of the bread is quite high, there's no way raise the toast up further to get shorter slices out easily. Good Points: The one and only good point is that it matches our kettel.Improvement Points: Toasts are unevenly done. It is relatively slow.It is way worse than our last Tefal. You never really know if your tost going to be burn one side or not.The surface gets hot! No insulation!Absolutely 💯 % waste of money!

This toaster looks great, it slots nicely in out small space, and the material on the outside is shiny and easy to wipe clean. Everyone thought I was making a poor choice getting white with how hard it would be to clean. But it really is so easy!! Very stylish and works well. Have had the toaster for at least three weeks now and used it daily
