Bought this for myself and 1 to give as a gift. Loving it . Just add more water then they suggested in the booklet and you are good to go. Steam the vegies and chicken perfectly.

If you are looking for burnt rice and water splashing everywhere. This is the rice cooker for you. Bought this to replace my $14 Kmart unit thinking it would be as good if not better. This one is now in the shed and I went back to Kmart and purchased another $14 one.

Bad quality. Cooked 1 cups of rice, about 1/2 stick on the pot and burnt. Waste so much rice each time using it.
Easy to use and clean. Perfect size for large family.
Worse rice cooker i've ever bought. Burns the rice everytime i cook it. Harris and scarf is not going to take it back because i've already used it. The hole on the lid is so big that the water goes everywhere. The only reason i've given 1 star is just beacuse i bought it on special for $30. I don't recommend this product.
