My sodastream stopped fizzing and I thought it was low on C02, but it was not. He gave me the price, and I was pleased with the amount, so I ordered a new one. He reminded me that I could return the old (unopened or opened) CO2 cartridge for replacement and gave me the locations where I could return them. I was never a huge fan of plain soda water, but since getting the Terra, I've started to enjoy it without any added flavors! I'm not a huge fan of the syrups because they have artificial sweeteners (probably to increase the overall sweetness per volume). But you can also create your own syrups by starting with a simple syrup base and adding flavors to it.Customer service was also great, we had a problem with our machine and they sent us a new one. No fuss, no hassle.The starter bundle (with two extra cylinders that you send back) was pretty great too. If you are drinking lots of soda - even like 1 can a day - I highly recommend getting one of these.

I love love love my soda stream. I use it every day, multiple times; however, every time I open my dining cabinet and see five empty cannisters I am frustrated. I purchased cannisters during Covid via online from my local Staples whose employees, on two separate occasions and two different people, assured me that although I was not able to return the cannister for a discount when purchasing online; I would be able to return them without purchase for a refund once Covid was done and the store reopened. When that time came I went to my local Staples only to be told no that was not possible. I spoke to the manager and she assured me that I was never told that. Another plus is that we have seltzer water on-demand and we are drinking more water which is good — AND cutting down on plastic and aluminum usage. Only thing I didn’t know before purchasing is that you have the option of putting 3, 4, or 5 pushes of the C02 per bottle for mild bubbles v lots of bubbles. The cost comparison I did was using 3 but I think the canned/plastic seltzers are probably more bubbly — but the 3 per bottle is enough for us. The appliance sits on our countertop in the kitchen and we purchased 2 additional bottles and keep them in the fridge, ready to bubble-ize. I went through 2 Terra’s with the same problem. The quick connect does not carbonate the water until after more than 5 pushes of the button! It also allows carbon to seep out of the connect you can hear it! It also pushes water out of the bottle all over the machine and counter. I followed all instructions in the booklet so no I did not over fill it above the black line! The second biggest thing is the flavor! Now I no why you partnered with Bubbly! I use distilled/filtered water but the TASTE is just not there like Perrrier,Topo Chico,Saratoga,and Pellegrino! So I have made peace with all the plastic bottles I use but it’s still not ant different than all the aluminum and empty carbon tanks or CO2 I use with your product! MAYBE with some improvements……..
I purchased the Terra model of SodaStream because I wanted something simple. All I wanted was some sparkling water from time to time while I go about my day. Well, let me tell you: from time to time has now become every single day! The Terra could not possibly be simpler to use, and I can "manufacture" bottles of sparkling water whenever I want, in a matter of seconds! No more going to stores or buying single-use materials. I am excited to explore flavors for the water eventually, but honestly, at this point, I just like the pure, delicious bubbly water that SodaStream makes so easy to create at home!
I had one of the original Soda Streams, can't remember its name and used it for three or four years. I purchased a new one as the old one made a noise when it refilled and my husband did not like it. I purchased a new one and it was less than two years and there was a problem with it. I phone Soda Stream to see if there was something that could be done. They were FANTASTIC! I explained the problem, took a picture of the serial number etc. and they offered to replace the whole thing. They were helpful, pleasant and obliging. The new unit arrived in3 or 4 days. I love my Soda Stream. It works perfectly! Convenient, quick. Great company! Recommend highly. Product and company!
I used to go to Costco and buy canned soda in bulk. Then I switched to SodaStream. I have the following criticisms. First on the replacement canisters. Supposedly you can do it by going to a neighborhood CVS. Unfortunately the two CVS stores nearby don't carry the particular cylinder I need or if they do they are frequently out of stock. I say particular cylinder because there are at least two types and its confusing. If you get the wrong cylinder, it won't work and you'll have to return it, which is a waste of time. That leaves the online cylinder exchange which costs an extra $8.00 in shipping, so getting two cylinders replaced online costs about $45.00. You can buy a lot of inexpensive canned soda for $45. Bought the Terra for making sparkling water & occasional Pepsi for reducing the amount I was spending on buying sparkling water.I had my doubts at first that Pepsi won't taste like store bought Pepsi, and sparkling water would also not taste like what you buy in the stores.Two days after the machine arrived I made sparkling water with adding some bubbly into the mix and the water tasted amazing. About two weeks later, I made Pepsi Zero which also tasted like Pepsi Zero.I am very happy with purchase as everything tastes like what buy in the stores.Would love it if Pepsi would allow Coke to sell syrups of Coke Zero & Fanta Zero for the machine. who knows maybe a deal can be reached one day!
I purchased the Fizzi model a few years ago. While I liked it, the bubbles were inconsistent…..sometimes 4 pumps, sometimes 7 or more. Spoke with customer service a few times and we couldn’t figure out what was wrong…they even replaced the machine but it didn’t make a difference. Called a few days ago and explained my problem and asked for advice on a replacement product. Did video troubleshooting and was told it definitely was machine.Very surprised it was under warranty and they sent a free replacement in 48 hours! It’s a Terra model as Fizzi isn’t available now. What a difference!
