I am obsessed with this shampoo! I love the scent and I love that the scent lasts after washing! I think the shampoo is awesome because you only need a little bit, it lathers better than any other shampoo I have used. I have very long, medium to thick hair and usually need a ton of product to clean all of it but with this I do not! I actually used way to much the first time I used it by assuming I needed the usual amount! I really dreaded rinsing my hair because everything smelled so good! I swear it made my whole bathroom smell good! I will definitely be re-purchasing and recommending this to my friends! I received this complimentary from Sol de Janeiro.

Honesty other than this product smelling incredible, it does not do much for your hair. Yes, it'll make your hair soft but my goodness does this leave buildup!I generally wash my hair once a week and I do have an oily scalp. I ALWAYS double cleanse and my first wash is with a clarifying shampoo. I always use a normal shampoo as a second wash and I was super excited to try this. For some background I have a lot of hair but it's neither fine nor thick. Kind of in the middle.I gave it 4 times of use to finally leave a review and I truly hate this. Drug store shampoos have done me better than this has. Each time, I had to wash my hair AGAIN the next day because of the amount of build up it leaves. I received both conditioner and shampoo from this new revamped hair site. The conditioner is definitely the stand out product. It had the perfect sense that STJ products are known for that I love, but it also was a very creamy moisturizing type of conditioner for my hair. I have fine, thin hair, but I have a lot of it and this product really helped condition my hair, and leave it feeling moisturized without wing down. Plus the scent is amazing. Descent fades quickly. You really only smell it for maybe a half hour after you’ve used it. This washes out completely in the shower and I love the way that it makes my hair feel softer manageable. I definitely recommend this product.
They changed the formula which is why it was sold out for so long. the new shampoo instead of looking like a pale yellow lotion conditioner look is now white a shiny pearlescent color and suds so much more and drys out my scalp now. I loved the old formula it moisturized my scalp, smelled amazing, helped with frizz and didn't make hair greesy and had the perfect amount of suds. the only thing the same now is the scent and it's still smoothing but can no longer use it due to it drying my scalp and giving me itchy dry dandruff. please go back to the high quality old formula. why change something that everyone loved?
i bought this today along with the conditioner and i can already notice a difference!! i have medium-thick 3C curls and have been bouncing around from product to product but this seriously changed my hair for the better. immediately in the shower, i noticed the small lathered great and i had to only use a small amount to get that lather. and when i was using the conditioner, it took the smallest amount and my hair was detangling almost instantly. i was seriously shocked how hydrating it was for my 3C curls. seriously, i didn’t think this would work. BUY IT
