When I went into Sephora today I did not expect to fall in love! I have purchased several different lotions from Sol de Janiero and absolutely have enjoyed each one in their own way, most notably the Acai lotion (which until today was my top scent.) I have been seeing these fragrance sprays all over Tiktok and had to smell them myself. The Radiance scent was the last fragrance I smelled and immediately fell in love. At Sephora these Fragrances sell for $24 for the 3oz bottle and $38 for the 8oz bottle. I felt that it was just a no brainer to get the larger bottle. The fragrance reminds me of coconut sunscreen which is my ultimate Summer scent. All that to say, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend to all!

Expensive beachy floral

One of my favourite SDJ fragrances. It is another take on the beachy-sunscreen summer scent, along the same lines as TF Soleil Blanc, MM Beach Walk, Aerin Sunkissed Hibiscus (similarity in that order). Rio Radiance has a stronger emphasis on those creamy beachy white florals as opposed to coconut. It gives the impression of being at a high end beach resort, designer beachwear, cocktails being brought to your sun lounger. It's a high quality body mist and performance is good for 2-3 hours on me. Appropriate for all ages. Really glad they brought this out in the permanent line, I would repurchase and also want to try the matching body cream.

HEAVEN!!

My favorite fragrance ever!! I absolutely love this fragrance!! I have lots of perfumes and I find so many to be too strong or smell funky after they dry down. I love that this is a mist and it stays ALL DAY! I don’t understand the reviews saying it doesn’t last. For me I smell it all day but not in an obnoxious way. This is a great scent for summer but honestly I think I will wear this all year! I wear this to work and when relaxing at home. I smelled the others in store by this line and this one was my fave because it wasn’t a super sweet smelling, but I’m also going to give the others a chance and try other items from this line!

This Rio Radiance perfume mist smells SOO good. I love that it is strong enough on its own and not overpowering at all. As someone who loves a good vanilla/coconut scent to be present in my fragrances, I will say it’s very soft yet elegant along with the other floral notes that are present. I can see myself wearing this day-to-day, but especially for a day out as the weather is getting warmer it’s so on time, inviting, and speaks for you. It’ll definitely have people like what’s that scent?, my mom also loves the scent and said it’s very sultry. If you are looking for a new everyday scent this is it!, it’ll also elevate your confidence and vibe for a day out as well so I’d say it is a versatile scent. Obsessed

This smells amazing!!! I blind bought this just going off the notes, and this smells so good. This, to me, smells like the beach resorts I use to stay at as a kid. It kind of smells like sun and sand Yankee candles but in a perfume more wearable way. I love sun and sand. I buy it because it smells like a beach resort. This body mist is fresh, a tiny bit of coconut tanning lotion. A lot of people say this smells heavy of sunscreen to me it doesn't. Perfect Beachy Body Mist!

To give you an idea of what I like, My top 3 favorites are Tom Ford Soleil Blanc, Replica Beach Walk, and Nest Sunkissed Hibiscus. With that being said I think that this fits with those 3 so perfectly! I also have the Body Mists and lotions in 62 and 39, but I think this may be my favorite! I really love the softer Solar florals in this as well as the coconut! I only bought the 8.1oz Body Mist, but now I’d love to also get the body lotion and shower gel too! I usually use B&BW Coco Paradise, Oahu Coconut Sunset, or At the Beach during the summer, but this one is just too good to not have in bath and body care as well! Definitely something I hope they keep available in the whole line, and I’m positive that I’ll be back for more!

Smells like heaven! And it lasts!

I wish I could give this 10 stars. I’m not sure why people are so upset saying this doesn’t have a coconut smell, that’s because it’s not a coconut smell lol. It’s pistachio salted caramel! I am a frequent shopper at bbw and this doesn’t not smell like a bbw fragrance. This fragrance lasts and I can actually continuously smell it Vs other fragrances I have like Victoria secret or bath and body works or even my high end perfumes (you know where you spray yourself and a few min to a couple hours later and you can’t smell yourself?) well with this a few sprays and you’re good for hours. This reminds me of summer and it has a creamy smell almost like smoked vanilla. Ugh I just love it! Worth the money! Get it girl!

Uplifting floral, spring scent

I just recently got the Rio Radiance Perfume Mist gifted by Sol de Janeiro. This is not a gourmand fragrance that I’m more accustomed to from this brand. This is a floral, slight fruity scent. It reminds me of a perfume I have used in the past (a much more expensive perfume). It’s fun that Sol de Janeiro is coming out with more scents. It still reminds me of warmer months, but maybe more spring than summer. It has notes of tuberose, coco de lair, etc but on me personally I smell a lot of jasmine. It carries a strong scent and good throw for a perfume mist, so it’s a bargain. Makes a great gift, especially for the price and the strength of this scent.

Wouldn’t buy again

I was excited to try this after falling in love with CHEIROSA 62 PERFUME MIST. Truth is Idk why I bought 62. I’m not a fragrance/perfume shopper. Usually I like my (body, face, hair) products to speak for themselves. So #62 was either on a whim or part of a bundle and that’s what I’m going with.Moving on, that fragrance change the game for me. Officially falling in love with sol de Janeiro, and nearly all of their products. Decided to give this one a try and and didn’t have the same reaction as number 62. Not so much. At all. To be honest, it kind of reminds me of whatever that sunflower perfume was back in the day. But imagine a bottle of that sitting in your car all day every day in 100° heat. heat makes this fragrance shine!

It’s extremely floral on the front end. I love ylang ylang but it combined with solar tuberose smells a little out of balance when first applying. It has a heaviness to it- in terms of smelling like a bouquet of white flowers on a summer day. The white flowers are screaming earthy and floral. I think linen or more vanilla would be nice to calm down that extremely earthy floral smell upon first spraying it. After the dry down though! smells so creamy and positive- like summer beach romance in a bottle. Sort of intoxicating after the dry down. Altogether, it smells like a ylang ylang flower bomb when first applied, (very similar to an extremely floral perfume that the elderly ladies at church would wear) then a creamy summer romance after the dry down.
