Natural Vitamin D is synthesized by our body from sunlight but since most of us are no longer farmers, we need to get it another way. Vitamin D deficiency is prevalent in modern society and this deficiency has been found in a majority of people with major diseases. Science also says Vitamin D combined with Vitamin K is the best way the body can absorb and utilize it. Even if I am not in the mood to take other supplements, I take this one. You just need one cap per day. I also like that it comes as a VegCap. For those of us who are vegetarians or vegans, it’s disappointing when a great supplement only comes in a non-veg capsule. This product is a great supplement in a vegan capsule so it has it all.

The ratio between the ingredients D3 and K2 is great for daily use. The size of the pills is pretty large, but considering the recommended dosage of 1 daily, shouldn't pose a problem. Overall, my D3 through absorption testing has gone up from 41 to 56 in 2 months by taking 1 pill per day (along with 15 min midday sun exposure in the Southern states). While I wasn't clinically deficient, the optimal amount of D3 through testing should be between 50-80. Immunity seems to have improved as a result and I do not get random colds, so the quality is on par with other major brands offering a similar product. I also take calcium/magnesium supplement for bone health, and my calcium has risen from previous tests. So, the effects I got were positive from using this product. ... Everyone's tastes are different and in the blog I show what goodies I cook.We use the jar repeatedly to store rhodiola rosea tea, which we ourselves collect in Altai and sell.I recommend recycling as recyclable materials: the lid and the jar separately. In Russia, a landfill site will end by 2024, according to the report of the Accounting Chamber of the Russian Federation.

Good quality Vitamin D3 for reasonable price. I live in region where we do not have enough sun in cold period, that why I take (every autumn and winter) vitamin D3.I like that Solaray combined Vitamin D3 and K2, which make D3 even more beneficial. I recovered covid-19 and during the period of illness, I took several capsules of vitamins daily. I believe that vitamins helped my immunity and to recover the covid-19 in a mild form.Personally, I don’t like the package, for the future I will look for vitamin D3 + K2 in drops, so as not to swallow a handful of capsules daily.

My wife and I take Solaray D3-K2 Soy-Free Vitamins twice daily, at breakfast and at bedtime. We are 65 and 70 years old, respectively. D-3 enables the body to absorb rather than excrete calcium. K-2 directs calcium to bones & teeth vs calcifying heart arteries.D-3, aka cholecalciferol, most closely matches the Vitamin D produced by the body. Vitamin K-2, or menaquinone, is found in fermented and animal-based foods. It is difficult to rate vitamins because this is very individual and depends on high amount of factors and health conditions. Always try to get consultancy with doctor or dietary specialist, because we all need different supplements in different concentration. But ONLY my PERSONAL experience: Solary vitamins are always good choice for me. This one is not an exception. Due to some healthy conditions vitamin D is extremely low for me. I've purchased this on recommendation of my doctor. After month it showed better result. But still not normal. Will continue to use it longer to get indicators to normal. Also this one is very easy to take. It cause no bad feelings in stomach.
