Last winter I sat on my **** most of the time and it almost killed me. I worked hard over the summer to get in shape and am committed to staying that way this winter. I also have a cycle trainer that I use just as much as the treadmill. I paid to have it brought into my apartment & assembled and glad I did. It has a slight hesitation, almost imperceptible, when increasing the speedjust for a second, but its there. I dont notice it when running and it is not a big deal to me. I suspect a software issue. I also dislike the chest strap. It is difficult to put on and remove as the latch they use doesnt work very well. I have a Polar chest strap I use so its not an issue, really. Also, the speakers arent very goodthey sound tinny and cheap. Again, I dont use themI use Beats Fit Pro. I purchased an extended warranty after doing some research on the warranty company they use called Extend. They have a stellar reputation, so I felt comfortable spending the extra $169. However, in emailing Soles customer support they failed badly. Their rep, Aaron, apparently decided not to respond to my repeated requests for documentation on the warranty, sending only the serial number on the unit, which I already had. I called and spoke to Mason and he picked up the ball and got me the information I had requested. So thumbs down on Aaron, and kudos to Mason! This would be a 5 star review had it not been for that foible. Overall, I would recommend the product and would purchase it again.

I wanted something sturdy for home use with some decent options for workouts without the requirement to use an app. This treadmill works great and I am very happy with it. Set up was pretty easy - once we rallied a few friends to help carry it downstairs (if you don't have such friends be sure to pay extra for the setup!!)All in all very happy with this purchase and hope to use it for a long time!

Nearly as good as those in the gym - works with Zwift etc

It also has BLE Bluetooth Low Energy and I've connected it to Zwift - your avatar runs along at your speed.Delivery, well, one problem was Fitness Superstore and one my own. First problem was I ordered and paid for next day, and by the time Fitness Superstore, even though they had taken my credit card, send another email to confirm another small payment, it was too late for next day. Even then, the lightest bit was nearly 100kg and still long.Assembly was simple and took about 30 mins but strongly suggest there are two of you. We run it on a gym mat from Decathlon, cheap, protects the floor and adds a bit of padding/sound protection.Overall very happy, but it was touch and go getting it up those stairs.

Poor communication on product warranty
12 January 2023

After just a year of good performance our Sole F63 started making a squeaky noise when running on the track. We inquired with the sales office when they reminded that product comes with 3 year warranty on parts. Upon contacting the support office I was told that the 1 year labor warranty had just ended: an hourly fee will apply, plus another fee for every additional hour as well as mileage charges over 30km. Although the 1 year labour warranty is mentioned on this page yet we don’t recall this information shared is at the time of purchase nor the sales office mentioned of this when we inquired about the issue with squeaky noise. We strongly feel some key information was missed during the time of transaction. Luckily we managed to YouTube the issue and fix at no cost ... MoreAfter just a year of good performance our Sole F63 started making a squeaky noise when running on the track. Pretty solid treadmill
10 January 2024

A very solid treadmill from what I can tell. I love that I can just jump on it and start running and I'm not tied into an expensive subscription. Assembly was quite easy. Only negatives that I have found are:(1) the handles are too low for me - I can barely touch them with the ends of my fingers when I'm running so it doesn't give me a lot of confidence if I suddenly need a firm grip to grab on to (I occasionally get dizzy spells so this is important to me). I'm just over 6'1", so this should be ok for shorter users but if you're tall, you might want to try before you buy...(2) I don't find the pre-programmed courses to be overly user friendly. The segments tend to jump around between much to slow or much too fast, so I'm constantly adjusting speed manually. Not a ... MoreA very solid treadmill from what I can tell. Not a big deal, as I'm leaning toward just using the manual setup and running at a steady pace for the duration of my workout, or creating my own course using that option. Although it's possible that I just haven't quite learned how to set it up properly for my optimal workout - we'll see.Other than these 2 items the unit seems great but time will tell. Sole certainly seems to have built a solid unit here though so I expect it will be reliable in the long term.

Product is "As Advertised" - Which is a good thing!

Product is "As Advertised" - Which is a good thing! We knew we were staying in the middle range for an at home treadmill, and we wanted one with the features that this offers. We didn't feel compelled to go higher than this quality or to get a treadmill with more extensive features such as a screen, etc. This one is perfect for us and is as advertised. The belt has done well at all speeds. The incline performs quickly. It isn't extremely quiet but it's not bad. Motor & Horsepower keep up with higher speeds and performance. Maintenance is easy. Assembly was easy, save for one plastic part on the not quite sticking but it isn't impactful to overall performance (more cosmetic). You can get really good workouts in on this thing. Owners of this for a few months now, with near daily usage.

Quiet and has lots of features, but a few minor issues
2 April 2022

First off, WOW. This is quiet. It's fairly heavy as well, so if you have it in the basement like me, you'll need to have help or be able to hold the weight. This is my first treadmill, so maybe this is the norm, but just a warning for others out there (I couldn't do much with this because I have a bad back, so I had help to get this downstairs). But to go back on that first point, it is extremely quiet... I mean, you can definitely run with this in the basement having kids on the main or upstairs floor without waking them (maybe sprints would be louder, but for light jogging it was barely audible).Secondly, there's just a bunch of fun things to do with it. You can connect your phone/tablet to the bluetooth or directly to the treadmill, and then play music or ... MoreFirst off, WOW. This is quiet. I mean, you can definitely run with this in the basement having kids on the main or upstairs floor without waking them (maybe sprints would be louder, but for light jogging it was barely audible).Secondly, there's just a bunch of fun things to do with it. You can connect your phone/tablet to the bluetooth or directly to the treadmill, and then play music or videos through the speakers in the treadmill. There's a stand for the phone/tablet, as well as a USB port (this is a standard USB port, not USB-C).Lastly, it comes with a heart rate band that you put around your chest. So that's an awesome feature, except I have a FitBit anyways so I likely won't use it, but it's still great and worth mentioning.Moving onto the critical part, and building off that last thing, you have to have a tiny star (+) screwdriver to actually use the chest strap heart monitor... you have a battery to put into the monitor, but no screw driver. So without a super tiny screw driver (end to end for the screw is about 1mm), you can't use this anyways. The other issues I had was that it's a fairly expensive unit, and it definitely is worth the money... however, the design of the arm buttons seems cheap, the fan seems even cheaper, 4 of 6 screw holes were offset.1. For the buttons, I had pressed the buttons a couple of times where it doesn't register an increase/decrease of speed or incline, but you have to press the MIDDLE of the buttons for it to really work for the rubber buttons. So it's not a "press anywhere" kind of button, but instead a "press in the middle only". None of the pictures show the buttons on the arms, which makes sense now because personally, I wouldn't want customers to see how cheap they looked.2. The fan... wow. It's bad. IT has barely any air flow, but it's something I guess. If the fan is a critical feature for you, you can get better air pressure from having someone use their lungs in all honesty...3. Building the unit where the upright poles go into the base, when I was putting in the screws, it seemed that the bottom most screws and the ones at the back just didn't align. I had to definitely wiggle the thing around to get one set of screws in, but for the other I was about to give up, but if you put it in at an angle, it makes it kind of line up.... still a bit of an annoyance that it wasn't aligned properly.Anyways, although I was super critical about those 3 things, I still love the thing now that it's built. It's super quiet, feels really sturdy and built well, and all in all looks like a good purchase. I'd recommend this treadmill for sure, but I'd also not use the fan as a selling point :p

The Sole F65 Folding Treadmill exceeded all my expectations! It's powerful, quiet, and offers a smooth running experience. The display is easy to read, and the controls are intuitive. The heart rate monitoring and preset workouts are fantastic features. The best part is how easily it folds up, making storage a breeze. I'm thrilled with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone serious about their fitness routine.

Solid treadmill - great for serious running
4 October 2019

I've had the treadmill 1 week and so far so good. I've used it 4 times running for 40 minutes plus 4 minute sprints and the motor seems very sturdy coping with this heavy duty use. My son is 6ft has also run on it, and was impressed with its performance. The wider/longer belt I was keen to have, as although I'm only 5ft 2", I like plenty of space when running fast! I would recommend this treadmill if you are someone who is a keen long distance runner. To note however it is lacking on the techno side, if you want digital connectivity/running apps and fancy programms. This of course all comes at an extra cost! The console does have though a ridge in front of the display screen that a tablet would fit on, if one wanted to download running apps etc.One other thing. I was drawn to is a quiet motor which this treadmill has. But honestly this is immaterial as running on any treadmill will be noisy! All in all 5 star review as it is an excellent quality treadmill. One thing to check before dispatch. The treadmill is 135kg and we were told that a 2 men delivery could cope with this. It was not the case, and my husband and son had to assist.

Very good treadmill

I purchased this treadmill to replace a Nordic track treadmill because it's console quit working after 3 years. I was impressed with the warranty and I read sole treadmills were well constructed. Make no mistake this treadmill is huge so if you are thinking because it folds up you can stick it in a corner out of the way . Think again .Assembly was pretty straight forward with a little help from the wife we put it together in about an hour. My first impression actually running on it was amazing ,it was extremely quiet in fact the noisiest part was my feet hitting the running belt .I was very impressed with how sturdy and and well built it felt under my feet. The 7.5 inch display is well lit and shows you incline, time, speed ,distance and pace as well as heart rate percentage and calories burned. The down side is only 10 programs available although you can adjust the time and max speed of the preset programs. When changing speeds ,particularly when doing intervals going from low to high, there is about 10 plus seconds before reaching top speed. Annoying but you have to adjust your times to compensate for it. All in all I am happy with the purchase and would recommend to anyone who doesn't require all the bell and whistles that come with other brands.
