My treadmill was damaged upon delivery. When I called customer service they only wanted to give me replacement parts and I would have to install them. I paid for white glove delivery. I had to call back several times and they could not even transfer me to the correct department. I still have the defective treadmill. Total disaster!!!

TT8 is a very heavy duty treadmill which we needed for our 350 lbs. son. It has a digital screen with Wifi which I did not know. You are able to access few streaming services. The only problem is the some of the technology is not very good, like pairing it with your phone and Wifi seems to drop from time to time. But overall an excellent machine.

TT8 is a very heavy duty treadmill which we needed for our 350 lbs. son. It has a digital screen with Wifi which I did not know. You are able to access few streaming services. The only problem is the some of the technology is not very good, like pairing it with your phone and Wifi seems to drop from time to time. But overall an excellent machine.

Must runners set their workouts based on distance, not time. For example, If I want to do a 8 mile run, I have to enter a time that exceeds my predicted pace and manually watch the miles.The maximum amount of time for any program is 99 minutes. When I train for half marathons, and the weather is bad, I often do 13 mile runs on a treadmill. At an 8 minute per mile pace, that equals 104 minutes. Now my run will end at 99 minutes, and I will have to restart my run for the remaining 5 minutes.My previous NordicTrack included all the features and had none of the issues mentioned above. I feel mechanically the Sole is a much better machine, but I am disappointed with the interface.I would be much happier if they had a 'SET A GOAL' program that allowed you to set a distance. And would then begin with a warm up.
The treadmill shook uncontrollably. I received absolutely no technical support and it was practically an act of congress to get Sole to honor their 30 day return guarantee.
Had for 6 wks used almost daily. Very stable, smooth machine.Removed motor cover to observe. Imperceivable run-out in rollers, motor pulleys, and shafts.I especially like the 6% decline feature (compared to 3% on most TM's w/decline)You easily feel the difference the extra 3% makes in your leg muscles.I also like that it's non-folding, therefore the distance relationship between console/handgrips and running belt surface remains constant.

This review is based on 1-month of use (38 runs, 232 miles). The speed and incline/decline adjustments are clunky and the motion is far from smooth. This makes it challenging to quickly change paces or inclines when conducting a workout. However, the treadmill deck/belt itself does offer a cushioned feel and is plenty wide to allow for natural running form. Given that there is a lifetime warranty on the frame, motor, and deck, I would imagine that the machine will run for years to come. One would think that in the modern era of technology, a company selling a $2500 product would offer features to customize the screen to their clients' liking (a feature offered by treadmills that cost half as much). The lack of customization makes it challenging to conduct any proper interval workout, aside from the basic ones provided by Sole. I thought the app would make it easy to change the interface, but no such luck as the app only reports basic information from each run and lifetime (Time, distance, pace). I have not tried the Sole Studio platform as I find the $199 annual membership to be unnecessary. The pre-set, quick buttons have an unusual range (Grade -4, -2, 2, 4, 6, 9, 12; Speed 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 12), which makes it very challenging to simply return to a flat (0) gradient or move between higher speeds with ease (+/- 0.1 increments at a time). The Speed/Grade buttons on the treadmill arms are a nice addition, but only allow for minor 0.1 adjustments Up/Down; Fast/Slow. The speakers are complete garbage and the sound is muffled at best, barely enough at Max to cover the noise of the machine in operation. The fan is pathetic with only one speed and does very little for cooling when running above 8.0. As someone who trains and competes in marathons, logging between 60-70 miles/week, I find that the Sole TT8 underdelivers. I would personally not recommend this treadmill and would advise someone looking for a high-performance treadmill OR a treadmill with state-of-the-art features to look in a different direction.
After the asembly men assembling the tt8 treadmill, it didnt work yea thats right the sole fitness deliver me a broken treadmill , the manger said I could refuse it and they would take it back right now or I could keep it and get a replacement --I choose to refuse it, but they wouldnt take the treadmill back, the driver told me that he knew something was wrong with this treadmill cos the box was wet and damaged and he showed me pics of it off his phone and said if he didnt deliver it he would be fired, I have it all on video cos my video camera that posted up on the wall was recording everything, even the boss saying I could refuse the delivery on speaker phone .So this is how the sole company is do things huhhhh. If they dont come back and pick up this raggy treadmill ---Dont buy none of these treadmills unless you want a wet and damaged treadmill deliver to you and just left at your house without your permission plus have drivers cut corners and not put and all the screws on your treadmill ---never again will I buy anything from the Sole Company again
I wanted a treadmill that would last for more than 10 years. I replaced a dead NordicTrack with the TT8 and have been pleased so far. This treadmill is built to last.
