This is the best form of folate I’ve taken and I feel so much better since taking it. The pill is small and easy to ingest, there is no taste and it comes with 60 tables enough to last 2 months. I’ve been taking it daily and I feel good, it’s good for my heart health and it improves cognition.

Horrible company experience! Opened my package of two bottles I started to open the first package with bubble wrap around it and glass and pills spilled all over my lap! So I didn’t even open the second one I didn’t trust this as the package had to have been put in the box that way. I told them I wanted a refund they said they would for the broken bottle right away then when they received the 2nd bottle they would refund me, well it’s been 2 weeks and I still don’t have a refund.

The tablets are small and quite easy to swallow. They don't have any specific taste or smell. They don't cause me any gastrointestinal issues whatsoever. I usually take one tablet, right after I've had a meal. The quality of the product is really high and its greatest advantage is that it's methylfolate, which is the active form of folic acid. I like glass packaging so much. Blood tests were better, so I benefited from using this product. Taste is ok.
