After oral ingestion, the absorption of titanium dioxide particles is low, however they can accumulate in the body”. E 171 contains at most 50% of particles in the nano range (i.e. less than 100 nanometres) to which consumers may be exposed.It doesn’t make sense why solgar decide to add colorant (E171) even though it is not a cake!!

After trying so many collagen and hydraulic beauty products I got nothing. I decided to give this one a try and I was amazed at the results. I really like the Collagen Hyaluronic acid complex by Solar. It is a nice boost of collagen for the middle of the day for me and it is always nice to have hyaluronic acid for moisture retention as well. I have noticed that my skin seems to get fewer dry patches when I take this product and that is definitely an essential for me in the winter. The only thing I'm not thrilled about is how small of a dose of collagen is in the supplement but that is the case with any tablet or capsule form rather than a powder. Overall, it is a nice addition to my supplement routine, and I enjoy the product a lot!
Since I know I usually lose interest & start avoiding taking large pills, I came up with another way of taking it. What I do is place the pill in a little condiment dish. Boil a little water in a cup in the microwave. Cover the pill with the boiling water & let sit for an hour or 2. It will dissolve down to liquid with a little sliver that is easily chewed. They taste like bone broth once the white coating dissolves. So what I do is heat up a 1/2 cup of bone broth (I use Sam's Chicken Bone Broth), then pour the dissolved pill into the broth & stir...can't tell anything was added to broth. Could also work added to soups, etc. It becomes a quick routine & I haven't missed a dose since doing this.

After ten days my arthritic thumbs were making it difficult and painful to use cruise control on the car.
