Solgar Vitamin E 200 IU, 100 Softgels 100 Servings

I am using this brand for many years as this is the best one for this type of vitame. The caps are easy to take, it has a positive effect on my body. The complain I had reduced much when taking an amount of 2 caps a day. It is a great antioxidant, my own analyze is that this helped me to be more (hormone) balanced during the month. It is a anti mood swing possibility. The bottle is compact, it complies with my expactation how it should be packed. It arrived without any problem in the country I live in.

Our family used this for a long time (years). This one among other tocopherols, all from Solgar, all via iHerb. All was ok. Solgar's bottles are the best (dark glass). In our country available minimal dose is 400 IU, so all was good. Recently this Solgar product (only this, not other) started be oily. The bottle outside was ok, the seal was ok, so we decided to use it. We decided to use and wait to another bottle. If another bottle will ok, so we just forget this small inconvenience. When the bottle reached the end, it was clear what happened: probably one or more softgels where cracked or some oil was put inside whilst filling process in Solgar plant. We cannot complain to iHerb, because from outside everything ok, but we are quite sad for Solgar. In my opinion is something bad inside Solgar team. I am starting to look for Solgar's substitute for this product. If I find, probably, will be impact on other Solgar's vitamin E. It is sad, because we use a lot of Solgar product for a long time. Anyway, we have another Solgar bottle in our stock, so I will report later what will happened. For now we are in inconvenience of oily softgels.Here is update: the new bottle was without damages, but we already going to start another brand. I tried these vitamins for the first time. I chose these because of the content of natural ingredients in them. I saw it in combination with Vitamin A. I saw the result even on my eyelashes, they were never so thick and long! I am very satisfied with the quality, a huge benefit for the female body, for the skin, for the hair. The dosage is large, I recommend drinking 1 capsule every two days. Capsule size is standard, easy to swallow
