Solgar Skin Nails & Hair 120 Tablets

I bought this just over a month ago. My nails were paper thin after years of biting them, then having acrylics on for 6 months to get them to grow. These tablets have made my nails so, so strong. I cannot recommend then highly enough! I haven't noticed a difference with my skin (still acne prone) or hair, but my nails are hard as rocks and growing quickly. Will keep purchasing these vitamins!To add, another review mentioned the tablets made them feel sick after taking. Remember these need to be taken with a meal, not on an empty stomach or they will make you feel sick as there is nothing in your stomach to support the tablet during digesting...take with food!!!
