I use this fish oil for my memory combining it with B vitamins and vitamin C. Whenever I have an exam or basically need to remember a lot and perform outstanding then this works perfectly in following dosage: 2 of these plus one vit B complex plus one vit C and 3 times a day. Then it is like reinventing theory of relativity. Don’t forget to drink water only as B vitamins make your urine yellow. (Or brownish if not drinking enough). It has a great dosage of DHA which makes your brain stay focused. I have been using it few years and the only side-effect is being too smart however if used excessively (over dosage or/and for weeks) then I had acne around my nose (which I stopped having more than 25 years ago).
