So a lot of people assume that vitamins just flush out of your system when you have too much, but not so with B6! Omg, I accidentally was consuming too much B6 (my doctors made me take them too!) and I ended up with neuropathy. Yes, people, too much B6 can cause the same symptoms as not enough B6 and that includes neuropathy! I removed all sources of additional B6 supplements from my diet (pills, and fortified foods) and finally felt relief. I have it possibly permanently in my feet, though they have improved so much since stopping B6, but I had started to get it in my fingers too. As soon as I removed B6, my finger neuropathy stopped, thank goodness. Now I am praying that some day, my feet will be totally normal again.Be careful with any B6 supplements, keep it ... Solgar is one of the most reliable brands. The quality is great as usual. 100mg is too much for me so I always want to buy Solgar's Vitamin B6 but the problem is that 25mg and 50mg are always out of stock. I wonder if they already stopped producung these dosage. The size of a tablet is small and easy to swallow, the quality is really good. Highly recommended.
