Easy to swallow tablets of Zinc. The zinc really does help me get over colds faster and feel all around healthier on a daily basis. I've started my father on a new regiment of this Zinc as well and he has not been sick since (which is a great improvement). He says he feels healthier and more able to be active since about a month after starting his regiment. I recommend this product for anyone looking for a holistic and scientifically proven way to help shorten the life of their cold and just feel better!

I had it for 3 months, since there are 100 tablets, 50mg each, so I was taking one tablet per day. It definitely solved my problem with Zinc deficiency. I have good impression about Solgar brand and buy supplements not the first time from this brand because it showed real result. 50 mg is enough to maintain health and fulfill the flaw of zinc in the body.I used zinc and vitamin C. Immunity system became better, my nails stronger. The package was in transparent plastic, it showed that nobody opened it before you.

These vitamins gave some improvement to my skin, the taste however is a little bit unpleasant and the pill is not easy to swallow, needs to bite it and quickly swallow with big amount of water. Overall, it's a good suplement for those who has skin imperfections such as acne or redness. Good to take one pill daily with balanced nutrition and life style. Considering to buy again!
I've been taking Solgar Zinc for a few months now and I've noticed a significant improvement in my immune function and skin health. I used to get sick more often, but since I started taking zinc, I haven't gotten sick once. My skin is also clearer and brighter.I'm not sure if the zinc is the only reason for these improvements, but I'm definitely glad I started taking it.
