Enhancing Philips sonic technology, they give you unrivalled cleaning. High-speed vibrations in your toothbrush handle power up to 62,000 brush movements per minute that whip up your toothpaste into gentle cleaning bubbles, driving them deep between your teeth and along the gum line for exceptional cleaning. Your W2 Optimal White brush head fits perfectly with any Philips Sonicare toothbrush handle, except PowerUp Battery and Essence.

My Philips Sonicare (model HX685J x 220311 3B - I think - these numbers appear on the bottom of the toothbrush) is exactly 18 mos. old. I have ALWAYS ordered this size of authentic Philips replacement brush heads. Rec'd a new 4-pack %26 the first head I tried didn't fit on my toothbrush! What the? Tried a second one. Also did not fit. Looked carefully at the "hole" in the bottom of the new brush head %26 the one in my old brush head - they are not even the same shape! Unbelievable! I went out %26 "studied" the same brush heads in person at CVS %26 Weis - they are all the "new" shape. Thanks, Philips, for totally, uh, screwing a loyal consumer of 15 yrs. Really. Bad. Form. Literally %26 figuratively! I'll be buying a new toothbrush, %26 it will NOT be a Philips!

I ordered a DiamondClean toothbrush over a year ago and the original product came with enough replacement brush heads to get me through up to this point in time. However, the time has come for me to order some replacements as I'm down to my last original. With this said, these brush heads are exactly what you need as they are the exact same as the originals and by the same manufacturer, Philips Sonicare. If you are looking at this product, then you likely already know how these brush heads work and what to expect from them. You simply remove the old head, pop on the new head, verify that it works, and away you go. They clean beautifully and look the same as well as the originals that come packaged with your toothbrush.Highly recommended for Philips Sonicare ... MoreI ordered a DiamondClean toothbrush over a year ago and the original product came with enough replacement brush heads to get me through up to this point in time. First of all, I've never written a review online before and I've never shopped online with Walmart. However, this recent purchase was a major letdown and now I am writing this because I feel that the seller needs to be held responsible and my fellow consumers need to know.To start, the packaging for the product was already open on the side. I didn't even need to peel anything back to pull out one of their deceiving brush heads. That was the first major red flag.In the attached pictures you can see a comparison of a *used official Sonicare W DiamondClean brush head and the *new ones I just received. Also, the plastic cap was very hard to remove as if they weren't properly designed for that brush (coincidence?) If I had to nitpick even more, look at the words on the brush head and you can see that it's not the same boldness as the original by just a hair, but enough to convince me further that it must be fake.A look at the bottom further confirms my suspicions as you can tell in the picture that there is no ID number or little chip for Sonicare's "Brush Sync" system which is just a neat feature, but not essential. Now, I might be completely wrong and you read all this for no reason. However, it seems like there's a large difference and the fact that the box was already open didn't help. If I could attach a 3rd picture to prove it, I would. All in all, this was a rather disappointing experience considering how long I had waited for it to arrive and how ready I was to use a new brush head as you could see my old one has worn down plenty.I should have known this discounted price of $35 for 4 was too good to be true.

that someone would write this kind of review without considering how it sounds to others, including Phillips. This a crazy world we now live in, and no one, nor company is perfect, and, in any case, one must often take extra steps to resolve an issue with any product or service. Thats just the way life is these days. Personally, this my 3rd Sonicare toothbrush, and when operated properly has delivered exceptional results--just like the other two. I am thrilled with my DiamondClean version, which I purchased when my second Sonicare still had many years of service left. All of my Sonicares have worked perfectly for over 20 years. The only problem I have had was with the "generic" heads NOT made by Sonicare--I won't be buying them any time soon.
This does not seem legit. It doesn't fit my toothbrush (Sonicare DiamondClean Connected) bought from costco. The heads don't have the BrushSync logo like the original ones. The packaging says BrushSync but no logo on the actual head. It's also significantly smaller and the coloring is weird on the brush. Not an expert but these seem like fakes/replica. Walmart should audit.
I recently upgraded to this brush head, and I’m thoroughly impressed! The bristles are soft yet effective, providing a gentle yet thorough clean. It fits perfectly on my handle and doesn't wobble or slip during use. I've noticed a significant improvement in my skincare routine since switching. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enhance their cleaning regimen!
This arrived in different packaging (all white, and didn’t say “diamond clean” on it) rather than the blue and green packaging they’re usually in. I didn’t think much of it, took my old head off and threw it away, tried to put the new one on, and wouldn’t ya know it—-they don’t fit. It wouldn’t be the first time I bought something inauthentic from Walmart.com, so I’m wondering if that’s what’s happened again. Buyer beware. It says they fit “all Sonicare snap on handles,” so I’m sure I didn’t mistakenly purchase the wrong kind.
This is a comment for the W brushes (optimal white) Maybe it does your teeth whiter, but overall it isn't the best choice at all. If you want the best results from brushing then use C3 or maybe the A3. I haven't used the A3 yet i'm looking forward to do that. After the use of C3 it feels like you left the dentist i promise you. I bought my toothbrush in 2018 still working. Model HX9353/56. Value for money for sure.Back to the brushes. In my opinion the brushes is way to exspensive many places right now. Many customers would'nt use the app after some time i guess. Why not make brushes without the chip if it's the reason to the costly price, maybe because they get a good income from those ones. I will always stay to the genuine ones (C3)
These have to be counterfeit. After using them for only about a month they fall off the toothbrush, all three that were in the package same issue. Do not buy. Spend a little extra money and get the authentic ones. Almost injured myself several times because of the stupid brush coming off of its base while brushing my teeth. It’s deserves a zero star, but you have to give it at least one.
