They are nice speakers, and they were great. It would’ve been nice if they would’ve come with the top piece so you didn’t have to buy it extra.

I purchased this set alongside the 6.5 of the same series. These fit perfectly. However, the 6.5's did not. So, I had to return both sets because there isn't any adapter available for my car as per Best Buy's Technical Support staff.I do perform a sound test with these speakers against the Kenwood's Sports Series. Even though Sony's speakers had decent bass, the highs were muffled. Which is odd for a speaker that has a tweeter. Naturally, when you are in a car with the climate control fan running or the windows opened, you need to hear those highs.
It sounds great and would recommend to my friends.
