We have Sony interactive entertainment, PlayStation 4 at our home, and we love it. The performance is amazing. The features are really cool. We love the graphics. The graphics are so good and all of the games look really real you get a good value for your money because you can also play Blu-ray discs and DVDs from this PlayStation four so that’s another great value added to the game system. It has a really slick design that is easy to pack inside of a bag or even a laptop bag and carry along with you. You can easily hook it up to any Wi-Fi you have the password to if you’d like to hook the game system up anywhere else besides your home. I read other reviews before I made my purchase. I was also aware of the consoles being refurbished. I was expecting a pawn shop quality console. And I would have been OK with that. What I was sent seems to be a brand new PS4 and controller.. If this unit has truly been refurbished, it was repaired before it was ever sold. Or it simply wouldn't activate when the first person purchased it. Then they returned it. I am totally satisfied with my purchase. It looks factory fresh. No scratches or fingerprints on the console or controller. Smudge free and untouched. Still even had sticky clear protectant on the top sensor area of console and controller. I like to use the keyboard for playing music. I haven’t had any problems with this model yet. It has its own unique design and cools it self down aswell. The graphics are incredible. So selfishly, he was 5, I let him watch (don't judge me people) 😂🤣.. Instantaneously I was hooked. This was a big jump up from the PS3, graphics were better, processor was better. Oh, and my best friend was not the type to go 'small' with anything, so of course he bought me the one with the most storage. I loved the controller interaction with the different games. Fast forward to today, being that my son is 11, it is not in his room, I have since became sick over the past 5 years with some serious chronic illnesses and my son is now a very big gamer. Not going to lie, I owe my son's gamer qualities to my best friend bc he is definitely the one that got him started. We have the PlayStation plus membership, as well as an external hard drive and 5 years of having the console, I have had zero issues. I do want the PS5, but I am having a hard time parting with my PS4 for obvious reasons, plus being on disability I cannot afford the PS5 at the moment. But honestly, there is no need. My PS4 like I said, is working great, but I am a nerd and love new tech so FOMO in general I think contributes to me wanting to get the PS5. But my system hasn't overheated, I've had no issues with the console, hooking up headsets, playing games both physical and downloaded. Bottom line, after an extremely long review, this console definitely deserves a 5 out of 5. If anyone is on the fence and not sure which to get, get the PS4!!

Don't trust Walmart for buying consoles.

I bought this PS4 as a backup for my current it system I had for a few years now. I wanted this in case my older PS4 ever stops working. As Sony is now fazing out the PS4 in favor of the PS5. Walmart had a sale for $250 so I knew it was time. But when I got this in the mail the shipping box was roughed up tattered so I knew something was wrong. When I opened it I saw that the PS4 box was slashed to bits with a box cutter like someone was using it as a lightsaber. I was so upset. How do you think its acceptable to send a paying customer a product in this condition? This isn't okay. And whats worse. I can't get a replacement because the system is completely sold out online. Got a used product with scratches & dirty ports

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of a PlayStation 4 from Noon. I received a used product with visible scratches on the inner surface and dirty ports, which clearly showed it was not new. To make matters worse, Noon refused to accept the return and sent the product back to me after four days, without providing any proper explanation or resolution. This experience has been frustrating and completely unacceptable. I expected better quality control and customer service from Noon. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller if you're looking for genuine, new products. Terrible experience overall!
