Purchased this bow saw recently to cut down a large conifer that was blown over recently with the bad winds and it was resting on the gable end of my house. This saw is amazing it cut through the conifer effortlessly and I had it down in no time the best £5.53 I’ve ever spent . Would definitely recommend.

Needed a saw to cut a new railway sleeper to length. This saw did the job perfectly. Took my time and sawed each face in turn until cut was complete.

Needed an instrument to cut somewhat thicker twigs/branches/trunks than my pruning saw could handle. This one ticked all the boxes. Have had no problems with it.

Last minute purchase as I’d left my bow saw at home. It would have cost more in petrol to return home to get it. Hence this purchase. I was not disappointed it performed just as well as my own. Which cost more than twice the price.
Bought to saw down some smaller trees and worked well sharp blade well balanced works on push and pull. Very surprised by the price.
Lightweight, easy to use one handed and comfortable grip. Pin holding blade could be more sturdy.
Seems well made. Sharp, and made easy work of cutting through thick branches. Cheap too.
Great price and nice sharp blade.Only weak point appears to be rivet the blade pivots on; I pressed mine back in.For DIY use at the price this saw is fine.
Needed a bow saw which was light and easy to remove blade. This one fits the bill and have used it to cut through several branches even though the wood was damp.
Slightly disappointed in the construction of the frame and what seemed to be a rivet holding the blade at the pointed end.The blade is tensioned by closing the handle which seemed quite firm, yet in use the blade seemed to require more tension but there is no means of getting it tighter, allowing the blade to flex quite a lot.
