Tired all the time my hair falling out fatigue the body aches the nasty mood. It was like I was in PMS or menopause I got so bad people didn’t want to even be around me. This is great vitamin D! I have had low Vitamin D (20s to 30) for years. I tend to be very sensitive to the sun and overheat easily, so I lack in vitamin D. This brought my vitamin D up to 70+ when I had my labs ran a few weeks ago! Research indicates high vitamin D is very beneficial against severe COVID infection, which is a huge plus. Note: I do take it with a magnesium supplement, as this helps with regulation. I will also so that I have found SR to be an overall fabulous supplement brand. I take a lot of supplements for chronic illness and immune system dysregulation, and they are top notch in my experience.

I used this supplement at winter in combination withSports Research, Vitamin K2 with Coconut Oil, Plant Based, 100 mcg. One softgel of D3 and one softgel of K2. I had a blood test and it really elevated the D3 level. I take D3 all the year for immune and bone support between 3000UI at the summer and 5000UI at the winter. My country is Greece. Some thoughts about elevated testosterone at 5000UI are not true. At least with my experience. I also measured testosterone and were normal. Great price for such a critical supplement.

So if it shipped or stored below that temperature, you will notice it being fully cloudy or with cloudy "bits" inside. This is perfectly normal and does not indicate a problem with your product, if it smells right (coconutty) and is within it's expiration date. Roll the capsules in your hands for a few moments. The heat from your hands will warm them up, and you'll see them go crystal clear. I've even included a photo of the capsules in both solid and liquid forms.So, I'm very pleased with the quality of this product and will be ordering more when I run out. I had used other Vit D types with some oil in the softgel. Since this brand uses coconut oil, I wanted to try it. I think it's as good or slightly better, esp. when taken with a large meal or a heavy snack. It helped with my overall well-being, particularly calcium issues and my immune system in general. The softgels look creamy/whitish and easy to swallow (even when I didn't take liquids during the meals). I think the absorption was even better if there was more fats in the snacks/meals (or when I added some butter/olive oil, etc.). I cannot emphasize enough how important Vit. D is. I have been taking this brand of Vit D for nearly three years now and the quality cannot be beat. Good clean ingredients, just the right level of dosing (I take one each morning), at a very affordable price. I was purchasing at a local health food store, however, I find IHerbs pricing to be much better! My OBGYN recommended a minimum of 4,000 to 7,000 each day. I find I have more energy, more mental clarity, and to be honest, I double up in the winter because I tend to fall into the "S.A.D" category and this seems to help. Made with organic coconut oil, there is no unpleasant taste or smell.
