After reading reviews on cheaper mowers I went for this one, and wow! So glad for the reviews, this mower is fantastic! Easy to put together and I've got quite large lawns and mowed then so easily. I originally wanted one with a hard catcher to save emptying lots, but because this catcher stays open I only had to empry about 3 times instead of about 10 with my older mower! Very highly recommended!

Slightly dubious to start, but trusted the reviews. I'm really pleased. It's a very strong mower, it's quiet, it's light and has a really big cutting circle. All for a pretty good price.

Quiet and cuts well. The height settings are very useful. Light weight of the mower makes it easy to use on a slope. Better at cutting than all the petrol and electric cord mowers I have owned.

Great lawn mower, easy to use and quiet. Battery lasts for x2 mows before needing a recharge. Would highly recommend this mower.
I had this mower for 5 months, was a decent mower despite the complete plastic construction. Height level snapped off after 4 mows of the lawns. Replaced under warranty took about 2 weeks, second time using it after receiving it back, replacement hight handle shattered.Cut grass tends to clog up front of catcher, requiring emptying more often.If you need to adjust the hight due to different condition lawns would not recommend.
I was surprised that it has a lot of plastic components but, begin Stanley, they are all well made and robust. It has a generous cutting size and plenty of power. It is also lightweight so does not need lots of strength to move around.
This does the job nicely and combined with the line trimmer that came as part of the deal, we are very pleased with the performance so far.You wouldn't want to try using this mower of very long or wet grass but that pretty much goes for any electric mower. For the ordinary weekly mow, its great!
I brought this lawnmower a week ago, initial impression was good, light weight and easy to set up. First mow started well giving a nice cut then the batteries went flat in under five minutes of lawn mowing. I am less than impressed and would not recommend this lawnmower and am extremely disappointed - not fit for purpose
I paid $749 for this mower 11 months ago, it no longer cuts short grass and the batteries are down to half power now.The yellow plastic hight leveler broke and Stanley took it back to replace, after 6 weeks I eventually got the mower back to find the replacement leveller was broken again whilst still in the box.Do not buy this mower as it's tinny and brittle and the customer service from Mitre 10 and Stanley Black and Decker is equally as bad.
I used this mower for a World record attempt which saw me push the mower (whilst it was on) over 124kms in a 24 hour period. I was super impressed with the mowers performance. I upgraded to the 6amp batteries and had 2 sets I was using. I swapped them over every 60 minutes (although i tested them to last at least 90 minutes) and not once did the batteries ever get hot. After an hours usage they charged in around 35-40 minutes back to full charge. The mower did not miss a beat over the 24 hours, Basically I put it thru 2 years worth of mowing in the 24 hours. The side extraction was great as it meant I didn't need the catcher and I could walk behind it with ease.
